I first came to the store in September 2016. I purchased a pair of guess frames. the lens was Polycarbonate $140 east lens. progressives with a Rose tint. I asked if they can make them with a deeper tint on the top of the lens fading down to a lighter tint. I paid close to $500 for my glasses and when I received them I was very content with them. they were nice enough to give me some towelettes to clean my glasses. three months later I had to come in to the store because I had a lot of little scratches on my lens couldnt understand why. I believe the Little scratches came from the slightly moist almost dry towelettes. I was talking to the young lady Clark when we got interrupted by the stupid-visor A heavy set Spanish lady that commence to tell me that the scratches was my fault my problem and if I wanted them replaced I had to pay to get them replaced. Very rude very uneducated type of female. Truly in my opinion has no customer supervisor etiquette at all. My response to her was since Im within the year of warranty Im going to get my glasses replaced every and anytime I have problems with them. Now give me the customer service number and your managers number... I got a callback from Rob the manager where he replace my glasses and when they came back they were defective.. The tint was completely on one lens and not the other. There glasses are very poorly made. The screws that keeps the lens in place are constantly falling out and they never got the proper tint on the lens I send them back for the third time and I recently picked up my fourth pair I am done with that location and The ignorant people running that store... take my word for it you do not want to purchase anything in that store..

Ive walked in this specific vision works and just came for an eye exam but I received the best customer service from employees Mr.Andew and Ms.Sonya. They were a pleasure to have helping me find the glasses for me , and made the process quick and easy. Ive been to a couple vision works centers but received the best customer service at this specific one.

Had a very positive experience with the staff at this location. They were very professional and patient during the process of me picking out my frames and correcting the prescription when i had issues with my glasses. Thank you for your professionalism.
