Very professional in person but when it comes to delivery of service very unprofessional. You cant tell someone their glasses would be ready in a week and when the week comes you say its not ready and they just have to wait. That is not professional. Stay away from this business!!!!

I been coming here for a few years now but to the one on Hillside Ave & 179th St & I never had a complaint. The Dr is very professional & so Is her assistants. They always sends me messages letting me know my next appointment & they call you when your glasses are ready

Received far beneath subpar service. I was rescheduled twice and the office failed to notify me until after I showed up for my appointments.

Do not go here. Worst place to have any exam or buy glasses from. Employees are very rude and uneducated.
