I walked in here looking for help with my glasses, and the staff here was able to sort me out, with a smile. Its a small practice, all the staff is friendly very knowledgeable. The wait time for the patients with appointments was minimal. I hear one of set staff member call 3 people, insurance stuff, just so that the patient would have the cheapest rate possible. You do get that everywhere, especially in the bronx. I would highly recommend this place to someone. I want to say her name was Meagan, I could be wrong on this, but she was awesome! I highly recommend working with her.

this company is a "rip off" that takes advantage of seniors. my wife purchased verolux gasses at the morris park store and was sold and additional product that she didnt need or knew nothing about .this product -"crizal coating " cost us $159.00. and wasnt recommended by her DR.Wolf. but they padded the bill. 2 years later the coating came apart and we were told they could do nothing about it.they even suggested we had a cat that scratched the lense. we are out $775.because of they greediness and with no recourse. we are seniors on fixed income but they dont care.

Dr Annette Contento is professional, smart, and caring. The optical is filled with everything you need. Sophia,Megan and Nez are knowledgeable and glasses are done to perfection at a reasonable price. All insurances were accepted and out of pocket expenses were paid for the designer frames.Go there and be thrilled.

I was very fussy to choose a doctor and, finally , I found this place on the Internet. They were very professional and polite and fast , and Dr. Annette Contento was very friendly. They didnt have any problem with taking the prescription for eye glasses to somewhere else.
