The absolute worst experience ever... Id give it 0 stars of I could! I went to the location in the first week of March, had my yearly exam, ordered glasses. Of course, I had to pay for my glasses in advance in order to place the order, which I get. I was told my glasses would be ready in 10 days. I received a call on the 10th day saying my glasses were ready. Later that day I received another call stating there is a problem with my lenses and I would need to pick out new frames. I didnt question it, I just said ok, although I was very disappointed. I called back later on and asked why I would need to pick out new frames if the problem was with the lenses... I was told that I would get a call back from the technical. No one called. A few days later, I called again, and again was told I would receive I call back -which never happened. My life got busy but I placed several additional calls asking to speak to a manager or anyone that one anything, of course no one was ever available... And no one ever called back. I finally found time (I have several kids and a full time job) to go to the location and try to resolve this issue. They again told me I need to pick out new frames... Yet no one could identify the problem with the original frames and lenses. I couldnt find frames that I liked... I wanted the frames that I already paid for. When I asked where the frames were... No one could produce an answer. They "looked in the back" and "checked with the manager" (who, of course, was too busy to come out of hiding and speak with me directly). I told them if they couldnt find the frames, they would have to order them. The prepubescent little snot I was dealing with LAUGHED AT ME and said "thats not how this works". I told him then to find another store that had the frames... And he responded that he would speak to the manager and see if thats possible. (Wtf?). So I left, googled other Davis Vision stores in the area and, after a whopping TWO phone calls, found the frames at another store. I went to the other location who was kind, courteous, professional, and in absolute awe of my experience. They took my information and had everything transferred and ordered the new lenses. This store is absolutely unbelievable!! Do not go here!! It is a severe waste of your time and youd be lucky to get what you (and your insurance) actually pay for!

Three years ago I got two pair of glasses with the second pair only $25 more, a nice deal. Last year I got two pair again as my plan approved but the staff girl didnt know, wasnt trained or didnt care because I did not get the same deal. I had another appointment soon after as was running late so I didnt start an argument and left. Dont know if I will return again. They do have a large selection of frames to pick from. If I do go back I will get it in writing on what my plan states and they will honor it.

this wear was my first year of getting glasss my mom to but they ripped off my mom this lady said buy one get one free so my picked then once she can do that deal and then we were paying the woman payed both of glasss but she the lady said " buy one get one free " TO MY MOM. so I my is very mad about that

They have a staff to take care of people individually
