The "doctor" does not know anything but to crack backs and put on the e-stim. I went there with lower back pain and some numbness in my left leg. "Doctor" Todd told me to take it easy and not do squats at the gym but to keep working out. I did what he told me and didnt do squats. The pain got worse to the point that my whole left leg would get numb and so painful I couldnt stand or sit for long periods of time. Im sure he meant well but this is what pisses me off about certain healthcare "professionals", they dont know when to say " I cant help you, here is someone who might be able to", I dont know if its an ego thing or a money thing, or both. Anyways I had to beg the guy for an MRI, come to find out I had 3 bulged disk in my lumbar spine and should not have been at the gym at all for at least a few weeks till the inflation was reduced, then he should have gave me some core exercises that would have strengthen the muscles which were weak and lengthen the muscles which were tight since my pain was coming from hyper extension in my lumbar spine. I ended up having to take off work and be miserable for about a year, couldnt go to the gym, couldnt really work or enjoy much of life for a while till I went to someone who knew what they were doing and I also just started doing my own research and fixing my self up even though my back is sensitive for life now and I have to be really careful or my left leg goes numb to the point that its really painful. I went there about 4 times, the guy had too many patients there that he can only spend about 5 minutes with you, looks like he is in for the money. I really dont like to leave negative feedback on people because i hate to be the cause of someone getting a bad rep but I also dont want anyone with an injury like mine to have to suffer if they dont have to, do your own research and go to someone who spends more than 10 minutes with you, specially when it comes to chiropractors, there are a lot of quacks out there. No, I did not provide my real name because I like my anonymity on the internet but I was at your office a few times. Youre in the Motor Vehicle shopping center, right next to a pizzeria in Medford, Unless you guys know something the medical field doesnt I dont think there is any use in me calling you since the damage is done now, my back does feel better after a lot of research and hard work on my part, thanks for asking!

This was by far the worst experience ever as a new patient at a doctors office. I called office and made an appointment to be seen at 4 pm. I arrive 15 min early to fill out necessary paper work and to inform the receptionist that I lost my insurance card and that she would need to call my company to verify my policy. She replied to me by saying that she needed my insurance card at which point I repeated my self and asked her if she could call my company to verify. That is what my company requested to me earlier in the day when I told them my card is lost. To make a long story short I had to walk out of the office without care because the receptionist and Dr. Goldman both denied care to me simply because they were to lazy to make a phone call. I ended up going to another chiropractor in the area that treated me without out making a big deal out of the situation. They simply called my insurance and handled the situation in a professional manner. I told story to other chiropractor and they were not surprised to hear that I had that type of experience at Dr. Goldmans office. Dr. Goldman and his staff showed their true character by denying professional health care to a citizen who was in need. I bet if I showed up with a neck brace and no fault insurance accompanied by a letter from a lawyer they would have called the president if they needed to. You cant make this stuff up. Its shameful when doctors prioritize making money over helping people get better. I am glad I found out what kind of people they were before it was too late. Could you imagine entrusting people like this to your health..

The quality of care, compassion and professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Goldman and the entire staff is very apparent when you enter the friendly office atmosphere. They are always able to accommodate me with an appointment in spite of my hectic work schedule. Over the years I have and continue to refer friends, family and co-workers to Dr. Goldman to seek care for their injuries; they too are most thankful and appreciative. The best feeling is knowing I have an appointment and realizing by the end of the visit, I will be feeling relief from my back pain immediately. There is no doubt Dr. Goldman is responsible for me being able to conduct a normal, surgery free life; managed by His Chiropractic Care. I will be forever grateful to him and a patient for Life!”

Im very surprised to find not one, but two bad reviews about Dr. Goldman. His office is a very comfortable and relaxed environment. It is clean. I have been going to Dr. Goldman for a long time as a patient and he has always helped my back pain. I have found that he is the only chiropractor that alleviated the pain, through adjustments. He knows exactly what to do, as well as how to do a proper adjustment. Dr. Goldman does the adjustments and the staff puts the heat and stims on. I would recommend Dr. Goldman to anyone suffering from neck and back pain.

I am a patient at Total Chiropractic Care, under the care of Dr. Todd Goldman. I originally went to him after discovering that I have 3 herniated discs and seeing another chiropractor and not getting any relief. Almost immediately I felt a tremendous amount of relief. He is considerate and takes his times with each of his patients. His staff is very courteous and friendly. The amount of waiting time for my appointment was minimal. My experience was great. I had back pain for years and went to many doctors in the past without help. Dr. Goldman examined me told me how he will treatment me and about how long it will take, he also said if the problem doesnt improve he deals with a number of other specialists that can help. It took 2 weeks for me to feel great. I have been to many offices and Dr. Goldman has the most state of the art equipment I have seen.
