I cant say enough about my positive experience at MOVE. I am 58 years young, not old, due to the expertise of Justin Sullivan. I had back surgery a year ago and still experienced my original, debilitating pain of sciatica. I have experienced several physical therapy establishments over the years, but none compare to Move Physical Therapy. Justin first worked on my hip and posture to help correct my movement. After a few weeks of therapy and doing the exercises at home, the pain ceased. I have some muscle strain pain sometimes because I am finally moving and doing things again, but that passes with hot baths and muscle creams. That shooting pain in my hip and, up and down my leg, into my foot has finally stopped after 4 years!!!!!!! Next was the pain in my right foot. I thought it was caused by the sciatica. I started getting pain in my foot in 2010. At the time I was working outside on black pavement and walking all day long at a garden center I was working at. I went to a podiatrist and received an orthotic and bought some better shoes but, I still had this pain on top of my foot. Well it wasnt getting any better over the next couple years. Then it became drop foot. My calf was constantly bothering me as well, same leg. It was all related to the discs pressing on the nerve I was told. But after the surgery I was still having the pain. I wish I had found Move Therapy before the surgery. I had been to a previous physical therapy before surgery and it didnt help, but I digress. Ill sum it up to say Justin is in the process of correcting my arches in my feet. I have the highest arches you will ever see. I did not know you could manipulate and lower arches. That is what he is practicing. He has the correct anatomical description but I wont attempt that. For the first time I can remember I can feel the Earth when I walk. Its hard to explain but I will try. I always felt better walking without shoes because when I wear them I feel unstable, like I am floating, not connected with the ground. After he worked on my feet, I was so excited. I took a walk and I felt solid, grounded sort of speak, connected. This took so much pressure off of my upper body and torso and legs! Its absolutely amazing. I feel so good walking again. Dreams for the future are reappearing in my mind again that were pretty much dismissed because of my previous condition. Dreams that involve activity such as horseback riding, owning a gentleladys farm, bike riding and skiing. I have only had 4 visits concerning my feet and he has worked wonders! Thank you Justin! Well better start my exercises.

Ive always been reluctant to go to PT, thinking that it would not help my problems. I had incredibly severe foot pain and an MRI indicated that I had a rather large Mortons Neuroma on my foot. I was given several options by my foot Dr, one that required surgery. I decided not to go the path of surgery and instead chose a conservative approach to receiving 3-4 scheduled guided injections along with Physical Therapy. Thus, my foot Dr gave me my 1st guided injection. I then consulted with Dr John De Noyelles of Move PT who came highly recommended by a family member. Dr John, treated my foot once and I immediately felt the results. I felt a slight tingling sensation for a few days after he worked on my foot., and then the pain started to decrease. The following week my pain went from an 8 to a 3 and I was due for my next guided injection. The foot Dr is looking at the screen of the sonogram machine and tells me that he cannot give me an injection because the Neuroma is not there anymore. He could NOT find it!! THANK YOU DR JOHN!!! I highly recommend anyone that needs PT to look up Dr John at Move PT in Monroe NY. My foot Dr will also be looking you up to refer his patients to you.

I had a total knee replacement in 2013. I had inadequate physical therapy home care. I then went to my local hospital for therapy. At that point my knee was stiff and painful. I developed scar tissue. I had to have manipulations in order to break the scar tissue. With 6 months of exercise and therapists hurting me bending my knee the result was terrible. My range of motion, flexion and extension is poor. I decided to have a knee revision surgery this nov 2015. Someone reccommended Move Physical Therapy. To see Dr Justin Sullivan. I actually went to him to set up after care for my upcomimg surgery. Justin said he could help me before surgery. He took the time to explain to me what is going on with the muscles, nerves and the tissue of my knee. His manual therapy is nothing I ever experienced before. I will continue to go to him.I am confident I found the most experienced professional therapist.I am finally on the road to recovery. Anyone experiencing a problem like mine -There is HOPE. It is MOVE Physical Therapy. I cancelled my knee revision surgery

Dr. Sullivan and his staff without a doubt is the best physical therapy office in the tri state area. A severe injury in my neck had left me with limited mobility, constant pain and discomfort for years; this has made driving and simple daily activities extremely difficult. Ive sought relief through many other types of Drs. and therapists all who recommended surgery. I had given up hope, then heard about Dr. Sullivan, I assumed I would hear the same as all the other I have seen. I couldnt have been more wrong! Upon my initial visit I found his staff friendly, professional and prompt. Dr. Sullivan listened to me, understood my experiences and injury. I continue to see Dr. Sullivan and am on my way to recovery with full range of motion, no more pain or discomfort and no surgery! Dr. Sullivan is an experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate professional. I would highly recommend him.

Move is the Rolls Royce of physical therapy clinics and Dr. Justin Sullivan is a most excellent physical therapist. He thoroughly evaluated and examined me during the initial visit. At each subsequent visit Justin continues to provide individualized care and personal attention, giving explanations for each therapeutic intervention as well as showing me how to do home exercises between each appointment. I travel over an hour to get my treatment at Move with Justin because I tried 2 different physical therapists in southern Westchester and they clearly did not understand how to treat my knee problem, both causing me unnecessary pain and using cookie cutter approaches to treatment that were not working. I am confident that I am very close to resuming my daily mile run thanks to Justin.

MOVE offers a comforting and relaxed environment that immediately makes you feel welcome and important—it lacks the sterile and impersonal atmosphere often felt throughout other physical therapy or health related facilities. Justin and John remain focused on your care the entire time, seeking and integrating personalized methods that will improve your symptoms with every session. It was never an obligation to go, like it often becomes when results are not immediate, and instead you will return with the confidence that things will always improve. Its truly a pleasure working with them, as they aim to help you understand the cause and root of your symptoms through careful and detailed description, without overwhelming you with senseless medical jargon. Amazing, amazing place!
