Ive been going to Gold Dental for years. I had a very bad experience with a doctor Gold referred me to and Ive had some pretty severe dental anxiety ever since. Gold used to be more sensitive about this, he used to be personal and caring. That just isnt the case anymore. At my last appointment, he treated my anxiety like it was a bother, wasnt particularly nice to me, then just left me in the dental chair, my procedure halfway done, to stew in my anxiety alone for about a half hour or more. It was agonizing, and I felt, throughout the entire experience, that I was just money to him, not a person, just a wallet. It was a terrible feeling. Id never, ever send my kids here, nor would I ever return again. What happened to that nice dentist he used to be? :(

I loved this place. Until last year when i went in for a scheduled filling. the dentist Dr. Mo was watching TV almost the whole time he also messed up the filling and i had to go back not once but twice just for him to tell me he "isnt sure I might have a cracked tooth".... I had to go to a dentist outside of my health plan who was able to fix it, but I will never go back to gold dental! The hygienists at this establishment are the best! the dentists however are serious lacking both in competency and bedside manner.

Ive been to many dentists around Orange County and Sullivan county to find that Dr. Gold is the best. Throughout a procedure youll find that he provides thorough breakdowns, and will go as far as even helping educate patients the rationale of said treatment plan. If youve sat in a chair by Dr. Gold at your side, youd feel as if youre a part of the Gold dental family.

I have been going to Dr, Gold for years. Everyone in the office has always taken the best care of me and my teeth ,through lots of ups and downs and some crazy mishaps . I cant thank them all enough for all of their care and would highly recommend them for all your dental needs!
