The ladies at the front very nice, friendly and courteous. The dentist is condescending, arrogant and outright rude. He did a filling for my daughter, give her anesthesia, didnt wait for it to work start the procedure. My daughter was crying and ask him to stop he stated to her you need to be quiet or get out. Now thats not professional to speak to anyone. I spoke to him about the incident and he brush it off. Would not recommend at all.. if I could report him I would.

Alright, but the receptionist position needs to be filled, because the one whos there needs more training... So please help her to learn how to behave to customer.
