Had an appt with Dr Klein in sept for 2 warts on my elbow, the warts in the area are re-accuring so I have had them frozen off by two separate dermatologists who used care in doing the procedure by using q-tips; the outcome was great I am dark skinned and it left no scars. Dr. Klein acted like a hot shot not really listening to my concerns spray-froze the general area which butchered my elbow leaving two distinct blemishes. The staff was nice enough but bullied me into paying a particular co-payment which I told them my insurance covers, they would not see me without paying it out of pocket and said in 1 month it will be refunded if your insurance pays it, well like I assumed they forgot all about me until my phone calendar reminded me to call them about it months later; only then did they acknowledge and refunded the money. So overall very disappointed, I should have went with my instincts and left the office but living a busy lifestyle like everyone else I just stayed and payed the price.

I had the misfortunate to see Dr. Silverstein regarding a painful wart. He breezed into the office, clearly in a rush, and was trying to push me out of the office. This was a painful wart and he showed no sympathy and made me feel like I was wasting his time. At one point, after only spending about 8 minutes with me, he said I had 10 seconds to make a decision whether I wanted the cryo treatment. I asked if my insurance covered it and he said it should. He then prescribed an ointment "that probably wont work, but you should get if your insurance covers it." Against my better judgement, I got the medicine (low co-pay) even though it proved to be useless. I then had the misfortune of receiving a $260 bill for my 12 minutes in his office, the deducted rate beyond what my "insurance covers"... If youre looking for a doctor who disdains answering patient questions and prescribes medication for his own commission, youll be very happy at this office.

Ive been to several dermatologists over the years – since I was a kid – Dr Klein has been truly kind and helpful from the start. The reviews saying otherwise are a little ridiculous. He listens and tries to find the best possible solution for whatevers ailing me. As I reach my mid-20s, Ive developed adult acne (isnt that fun?) and eczema (even more fun). I went, he prescribed a whole tub of generic brand topical cream for the eczema & sent the prescription to Walmart, and same with Spironolactone for my face. Gave me a three months supply and it only cost me around $40 for all of it at Walmart Pharmacy. You have to be verbal about what you need, what you can afford; theyre well aware not everyone who walks in is able or willing to pay an arm and a leg to fix their issues but they wont know what exactly you need unless you tell them. Just like any other doctor.

My appointment was created around my short visit to Long Island. This is most unusual in other medical offices. When I finished the paperwork I barely had time to put the pen down when my name was called. And yet, there was a room full of patients. Finally, Dr. Klein was very professional without sacrificing what is often referred to as a good bedside manner. He answered my questions and was reassuring regarding the conditions I brought with me. I highly recommend this practice.

Worked for them. The staff is rude, to patients and each other. They are miserable at their job, and very loud which is a hippa problem. The waiting room shouldnt be able to hear the Drs and medical assistants talking about patients diagnosis at the front desk. A glass window thats open wide is not a place patients results should be discussed among the staff. Very unprofessional, I would NEVER recommend this office.

Dr. Kline sat cross legged nearly 3 yards away , didnt look or listen to the problem. It was over in 2 minutes max. Was told to pick up medicine at the drug store. Got there an hour later was told it`ll be nearly $700.00 AFTER insurance deductions!!!. Will be going to Dr. Fox for a 2nd opinion and better medicine. Makes me think whoever posts positive comments about him are either relative or family friends.

He walked in and immediately informed me that he had a cold and would remain across the room. He asked why I was there. When I td him I had concerns about dry patches on my forehead which have been found to be precancerous in the past. He took a quick look and said..thats just you. When I pointed out the exact spot he exclaimed Oh wow! Howd you find that?

I have always been treated with good timely service and professional staff. Always do their best to make you feel welcome. Dr Klein is a very caring person and listens to any of your concerns. I would and do recommend him to friends and family.

An overall pleasant visit as pleasant as going to the doctor can be. I was seen quickly. Dr Klein was attentive, ask what my issue was and addressed the issue. We chatted some and off I went. It was a quick and easy process, the way I like it.
