Hi everyone, please save your valuable time and choose another facility for your skincare needs. 30 minutes into my wait and after seeing the doctor running around from room to room I could tell they were running severely behind. After waiting for 50 min in the waiting room, I was finally called into the patient room by the nurse- No apologies or explanation for the wait time but she was sweet. Dr came in 2 minutes later and was out in another 5. He came in and with barely a glance my way scanned my open file on the computer, took a quick look at my problem site, declared i needed a steroid injection and proceeded to draw up the medicine. I attempted to asked what was happening and why my pain had returned, but the Dr. interrupted and loudly stated YOU DO NOT HAVE CANCER several times fast, which was not even part of my question. Once again I asked if the procedure I had was done correctly and yet again an interruption as the Dr pointed to the screen and loudly stated "look look look look" because apparently, the proof was in the document. I attempted to make sense of the pain I was having but this seemed to exasperate him more as he continuously repeated loudly, that I do not have cancer. I could not get a word in. He drew up the medicine in the syringe and asked me if Im a "fainter". Before I could tell him my problem area was sensitive to touch, he interrupted (3rd or 4th time if youre counting at this point) and loudly stated he knew what he was doing. The shots (THREE, painful shots btw) were done and a bandaid was slapped on. A one minute check on the rest of my skin was done and he was out the door. Oh right, he paused to tell me i had an outstanding balance. NO patient education or information was given as to what the shot was, nor what follow up care should be until I was quickly able to ask when he had one foot out the door (I am not kidding, i even made eye contact with the receptionist while standing half dressed). I did not feel close to comfortable with this procedure because it was done so fast, and there was no discussion with me about other treatment possibilities. And as the office is tiny, I heard this Dr congratulate the nurse on finishing so quickly with the happiest tone of voice. This is my first ever one star review, and I hate to do it but patients are a vulnerable population who come to medical facilities to receive answers to their problems and work with the staff as a team, not for problems to be swept under the rug. I did not feel comfortable with the hasty, unprofessional manner of this Dr. or feel that my concerns were heard. I will not be returning back to this facility. Congrats on the patient turnover rate, NEDLC *THUMBS UP*

I was there yesterday and it was the worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. I was waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time to start off with, then when the nurse finally brought me into a room she started making comments about me not having started having children yet (34), and how Im "too old" now. According to her I should be done having children for a few years now. The doctor came in and told me that since my issue wasnt a problem that day, even though I had a picture of what it looks like, there was absolutely nothing she could do for me. When she heard my symptoms she called them "bizzarre" (and repeated that 3 times over). When I told her I had a family history of sensitive skin she said I had solved my "own mystery", and to keep solving them on my own. I have never been so insulted or passed off, or had my time wasted like that before. Disgraceful.

This rating is specific to time management. I am writing this as I wait for an appointment, and have been here for over 45 minutes. It is not the first time. On the other hand, I was at Hampshire Dermatology last week and they were right on time.
