This place is horrendous. They are greedy sobs who push annual vaccines known to cause cancer. They also declaw cats which is like cutting off fingertips. .l worked at this hospital and l was quickly dissappointed when a rescued raccoon was brought in and it was euthanized rather than brought to a wildlife center for rehab. But that wasnt the worst part. I was told other rescued animals are often euthanised rather than cared for. I was also instructed to tell clients that annual vaccinations were mandatory. Soon i started seeing dogs with massive tumors at vaccination sites and l learned that the very vaccines the vets gave these pets at $400 a pop were causing symptoms like diahhrea, severe pain,hairloss and cancer. The American Animal Hospital Association of America has stated that vaccines can last 7 or more years and the Perdue canine vaccine study proved that unvaccinated dogs are healthier than dogs who get annual vaccines. Dont let greedy vets harm your pets with annual vaccines. Do your research on vaccinosis. And btw this place also performs horrific cat declawing for $400 ,which is like cutting the tips of your fingers off. I would go somewhere else where they are compassionate and have the animals best interests at heart..

I love this Animal Hospital, not like the big new hospitals that open around. I have been using them since 1998. Concerned about your pet and Considerate of your time too. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment...and that was only because the previous inconsiderate customer was late for her appointment. They are personable and sincerely supportive about the health of my dogs. Dr. Ann is my usual first choice of doctors. Dr. Ezel is great too. The staff is polite and caring. I cannot more strongly recommend this Animal Hospital.

Dr. Ezell and the other wonderful people who work here are absolutely incredible. When my senior german shepherd became ill this week, I brought him back to Dr. Ezell. (We moved a couple years ago.) After the exam, he spoke the words I feared most with compassion and empathy. I wouldnt have wanted my boy to have "crossed the bridge" anywhere else. Dr. Ezell is the best vet I have ever met; a great doctor for my dogs who conveys we are partners in my dogs health and well-being.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years! Dr. Farmiloe is without a doubt, one the Worlds Greatest Vets! Anytime I have had a problem with one of my Labs, his diagnosis and resolution to the problem has always been spot on! Highly Intelligent guy with a Very Kind, Caring Manner and a Great Personality! For Excellent Veterinary Care, Port Washington Animal Hospital is definitely the place to go!

you have to be careful if u wanna adopt a pet. they told me the puppy is healthy but while I was going to get it they gave me pills and they said these are for the dog!!!!
