Horrific experience with scheduling appts by phone. Wait time is unacceptable with most calls requiring 15- 20+ minutes on hold, often ending with a disconnection. Imagine a seriously ill patient coping with this frustration on top of their illness. Not long ago, this was a wonderful medical group that was easy to navigate. Recently, this group has become a local monopoly, showing disregard for their patients by imposing on them an ineffective call system. Adding insult to injury, your account will be charged a fee for missing an appt you may have tried unsuccessfully to reschedule. Hire more help! Once inside, all caretakers are great. Worth the aggravation of waiting each time we need to schedule/ reschedule an appt? No. I wonder if HealthQuest is any better?

Very unprofessional. Put a request for a staff member to call me in regards to a back injury last week. They never had the courtesy to return that call. Called for a prescription to be called in to my pharmacy, no call back, no prescription called in. ??? Lack of communication within the office??? Not very patient friendly. Thank you

I called yesterday to get a soon appointment with Dr Aggarwal in Oakwood Common office. Clerical staff-Nelson-worked with June-nurse They were able to get me the appointment within one week. Outstanding service.
