I wish I could give here a ZERO. I would never recommend her to ANYONE. After having metal braces on for nearly 2 years, she destroyed my smile and left me with a flat front and two gaps in my teeth that never closed. I remember telling her, I did not want to remove three of my teeth, in fear it would ruin my profile. (Which she did end up doing) She responded with a nasty attitude, " I know what I am doing, Ive doing this a very long time." After she decided to take my braces off , I noticed my teeth were still crooked, I had two gaps and a flat profile. When I requested copies of my records, to take to an ORTHODONTIST, she stated that all my records were lost some how. She knows she did a bad job and gave me a refund for $3,000. But, I ended up paying an Orthodontist $8,000 (that is not including the $3,000) for fixing what she did to my profile, teeth and smile. (AND He couldnt do much since I had 3 missing teeth!) If she was unsure of doing quality work, the best and most professional thing she could of done is be upfront and recommend somewhere else. But, she is so greedy for money, she took on my case without concern to my health and my thoughts. Please find someone else like an ORTHODONTIST! If you are a patient of hers, request all copies of your records before hand. Dont let her hustle you. She will try to upsell you on products and sell other things like Akaline Water. Dont sign anything without having an attorney look over it. I hope this review help others avoiding the strife and money invested.

I wish if i can give zero rating that much worest dentist ever she has no idea what she is doing but she will talk sweet way to hold u with her. I have braces almost 2 years now but still suffering than before she always saying you will be ok but always nothing change my teeth, very little change she did, im tired now becuase always cancel appointment and sometimd i should come back to her after to 6 weeks but they cancel appointment until more than 8 or 12 weekes

1st visit was ok, second visit was a complete mess. I understand it gets busy and the over 1 hour and half wait would have been doable if only the Dr wasnt so rude with her attitude. She had a perturbed attitude with or indirectly to me as if I screwed up the appointment or I mishandled the scheduled treatment or I was at fault for HER overwhelming work load. Its quiet sad because I was looking foward to supporting THIS independent black owned practice. But.....

The wait times here are ridiculous. The staff is amazing but the dentist is impolite. I waited 2 hours for a routine cleaning and she gave me the WORST attitude when I informed her about it. The front desk lady apologized profusely for her behavior but I will NEVER go back to this woman again. Really a miserable old hag.

This is the best dentist I ever went, the waiting is not as ridiculous as Ive seen some stated. She does a very thorough job for cleaning and other procedures I am gonna stick with her for a long time.
