I took my cat to White Plains Veterinary Hospital upon the recommendation of the Veterinary Hospital that initially treated him. Elbys condition required further treatment, testing and monitoring and when he was admitted under the care of Dr. Lee, I wasnt sure that my pet could or would survive this health crisis. I felt very at ease once I met Dr. Lee and his staff who are genuinely kind and caring individuals, and I just knew that this doctor would do his best to help Elby recover from this illness. As promised, Dr. Lee promptly emailed me an estimate for my cats stay. He also called and constantly kept me abreast of his test results, his concerns regarding my cat and the progress that Elby was making as time passed. He also encouraged visitation and comforted me when I lost my composure upon seeing my "baby" looking so pitiful. I was so pleased when Elby was well enough to be disconnected from all of his apparatus and cleared for discharge. Upon discharge, I was instructed on his new diet, medication regime and what I needed to monitor at home. Needless to say, Dr. Lee called to check on how my cat was doing since coming home and he answered a couple of questions I had. As always, he told me to feel free to call him with any questions or concerns. If there were more than a five star rating, this establishment would certainly receive it, because they deserve it. I highly recommend White Plains Veterinary Hospital to pet owners any and everywhere. Youll be happy!!

I recommend using this vet very highly. The entire staff was helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond, and I felt threat they truly cared about the well being of my dog Bailey. Under the circumstances my experience was as good as it can get. The docwas very helpful and knowledgeable and did all that he could to help us in our situation. Because of Dr. Lee Bailey health has improved drastically, while when we first arrived our outlook was not very positive at all. I believe that because of Dr. Lee and the staff Bailey is doing so much better and I could not have imagined a better outcome. I will continue to use this location for the care of my pet and I recommend this vet very highly. My wife and I appreciate all the help and care given to Bailey and we will continue to use Dr. Lee as her primary veterinarian. If anyone is looking for a vet this is the place to go. As I said the staff is courteous and actually care about your pets health. Thank you for making a difficult situation more manageable.

Dr. Lee and his staff make us feel like part of the family...They took the time to get to know my granddog and she feels more comfortable going to see Dr. Lee than her own vet in Brooklyn. And they were so gentle and kind with my dog before he passed on, providing us with important information and comforted us in his last days and after his death. Dr. Lee and his whole staff work as a team and treat each other as family with respect. I highly recommend taking your dog or cat to White Plains Veterinary Hospital for their normal checkups and for any other issues you may have.

It was our first time here and I was very stressed we thought Bailey ( our 5lb Yorkie) might have had a slipped disc in his back, when I had called to make an appointment Claudia was very kind, friendly and put me at ease ....when we arrived the office was nice and clean we checked in waited a few minutes and then saw Dr. Lee he listened to everything we had to say and didnt rush us before he looked at Bailey. He checked him over and determined that it was not a slipped disc he is currently on a joint supplement and doing great !!! Thank you to Dr. Lee and staff

Great vet. Dr Lee saw me for a pre-boarding visit when my regular vet was booked solid. I have a rescue who, despite 12 years of being in a happy home still goes nuts when she is at the vet. Dr Lee and his tech Amanda were great at dealing with her. He also offered to do a titer blood test to see if she needed a booster, which I appreciate since older dogs often no longer need vaccinations. Many vets just keep on giving the shots without ever informing pet owners they might be able to avoid the extra doses. If youre shopping for a new vet, try Dr Lee!

Dr. Lee is great - really relatable, easy-going, and seems to really care about your pets. Most of all, hes there to provide good service without any ego - hes humble but still has very progressive and modern tactics. Yet, he doesnt push unnecessary meds nor procedures on you our your furries, which is especially important for older pets. Also, Sidney is awesome - super nice guy who knows a lot about the business, practices, and truly loves your pets!!

My dog Lacey has Addisons disease and Dr Lee have been taking care of her from day one. He treats her like family and theres no other Doctor I trust more with my dog. The level of compassion shows throughout everyone you come into contact in the office. I come all the way from Long Island to White Plains because like i said theres no one else I trust more. Dr. Lee and the staff at White Plains Veterinary Hospital treat our dog as if she were their dog. Theyre happy to see her, pet her, and comfort her. And Dr. Lee is very thorough in explaining anything and everything you could possibly want to know about your pets health. No one wants to take their pet to the vet, but when you have to go, this is the vet you want to see.

The office visit was very good. The staff for the most part were friendly and polite. The veterinarian Dr. Lee is a nice guy and thorough in his explanations. He really went above and beyond contacting an oncologist to find the best plan to treat my 14 year old cat recently diagnosed with lymphoma. I will be using this veterinarian for future treatments

Great Vet, I needed a super fast service that would take usually a few more days , the Dr. made accommodations in ordering for fluffy to be able to board the following day. As soon as you walk in you can see that they care about your pets they quickly greet you and ask what is needed today. Fluffy is now having a great time on vacation.

Such a great find close to home! After moving to White Plains, we needed to find a new vet. We brought our 2 cats to see Dr.Lee for their annual checkup.
