Upon arrival the staff seemed very friendly and I was taken care of after a fair waiting period. I went there for a general dental cleanup. After XRays and a checkup the doctor told me he needed to forward my information to Cigna PPO for approval. That is when the nightmare started, they told me "Ill call you as soon as I get a reply from Cigna". I had replies about bills from Cigna at my home address and they still did not get the reply they claimed they were waiting for. After a few MONTHS, (yes it took that long) Im still waiting for "The Cigna Approval". I called Cigna myself and it seems that I was approved weeks ago, I had called the dental office about a dozen times now and they stick to their story. Avoid this place at all cost. I dont know how it is if you pay cash, but if you have dental coverage from Cigna or others STAY AWAY!.

We have eight years going to this dental office. They have a great staff and make you at ease for every visit. I take my whole family to this office. The dentist has a way of making you feel comfortable that I havent experiance at other places. I recommend going here. Most insurances are accepted at Westchester Elite Dental. Even when my jobs health coverage changed the transition from one to another was painless at Elite Dental. I highly recommend Elite to everyone I know

I have been with Elite Dental for about 4 years. I can honestly say they make your experience comfortable and you leave with all questions and concerns answered. The staff is very welcoming and nice. Dr. Gedeon makes sure your appointment goes smoothly and makes you aware of everything he is doing step by step. A place i would definitely recommened to others looking for a great dentist.

Ive been to several dentist and must say this dentist is by all my favorite. Great customer service. family friendly office staff and very informative. I have an autistic child and their staff was very helpful when it came to making him feel comfortable and are very understanding to his needs. excellent experience! would definitely recommend this office to others.

I found this dentist through my union ,and I have to say I was a little apprehensive about calling for an appointment. But , surprisingly this has been a positive experience. I find the dentist to be very patience and explains everything before starting a procedure. His staff are very pleasant .And I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
