Ive come here multiple times, its close to where I live, professional and convenient. The staff who work here are nice, theyve always been courteous and respectful, and very apologetic for any long wait times. One thing I think everyone needs to understand about this Urgent Care is that wait times here will vary based on how many patients are already there, if the patients are there to see the family practice, or if theyre there for emergency care. Ive waited here for less than 10 minutes, but also, once, for just over 2 hours. It all varies on the time of day, the treatment they have to administer to each patient based on their symptoms, and how busy they already are. I feel like a lot of these people writing negative reviews forget that with an urgent care, the wait times fluctuate based on those factors. It is not an ER. I too was a bit angry the one time I had to wait so long, but as soon as I was called back, they were able to treat me quickly, and they apologized for the long wait, multiple times. The ladies working here are doing the best the can to accommodate all of the patients that come in, they understand how frustrating the long wait times can be, and theyre trying to get everyone taken care of as fast as possible. Although it would be nice if they had more staff on hand to treat more people quicker, when they get slammed with patients, the staff that are there currently have always done a good job for me, as far as treatment and follow up care. Thanks!

First off i went to this location because the one by me had over an hour 1/2 wait. It took me less than 15 min to get there. Mind you nobody was there. So yes i underatand that it is an ugernt care( as they put it its a first come first serve bases ) so in less than 15 min. There were 4 people ahead of me. After an hour i asked a time frame and by this time 3 of the 4 people were already in back being seen. So than the receptionist says that i have two people ahead of me. I ask how is that when 3 of the 4 people are gone in back. And the people that are here now werent even hear shortly after i got there. I understand there are urgency more pressing sometimes. To have two people go ahead of me when its a first come first serve bases. yeah u can make appointments but not after u have already checked in. So please tell me how two people can get ahead of me after i have already checkin in for over 30 min!!!!! When i called they said that i cant do call ahead so tell me what this excuse is now. This is place is ridiculious. I was better off down at the other location. This was the worst by far experience i have ever had with cshp urgent cares.

I went to the CSHP Urgent Care facility on 21st St. in Colorado to have my sons hand looked at thinking it was broken. I was told the visit was $125 and that the X-ray would be billed later - estimated around $70-$80. I was given several forms to sign as one always does at the Dr. My understanding was that these were HIPAA type forms. I received the bill for the X-Ray later for $70 and promptly paid that. Then about another week later I received a bill for $221 stating that was the cost of my visit and the $125 I paid up front was a "down payment". This was NEVER explained to me by the front desk person or when I called initially asking how much it would cost. I was told that my cost would be $125 plus the cost of the X-ray. When I called about this the lady said I signed some waiver explaining this. Gotcha! I will not go to this facility again. I may have signed the form in the midst of my emergency so they have me on a technicality but they misled me about the cost.

I love this place and all of the staff with the exception of the older blonde woman who checks you out. She is always rude and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to her. She is short with you and if you have a question or are unsure of something she doesnt look into the answer for you and rolls her eyes as if she just wants you to leave and is irritated you thought to even ask. I have been coming here for years and shes always my least favorite part of the experience. Just today, I was seen for bronchitis, on my way to check out I had a coughing fit(covered mouth) and as I was walking up and she mumbled "Oh Jesus" as if I had any control over it. If you dont like being around sick people, dont work in a doctors office! The doctors and other staff are wonderful and keep me coming back, but id rather have my paperwork emailed than have to interact with her!

I recently went to the Urgent care clinic due to an upper respiratory infection that I couldnt shake and had migrated into my chest. Dr. Johnson couldnt have been any less empathetic... The first thing she stated was an antibiotic wouldnt help even though I didnt ask for one nor did she examine me. Fine, I can deal with that. Unfortunately, she was so rude and terse she really ought to leave the profession. Its obvious she doesnt really care about the patients she serves given her attitude and the fact she kept me waiting thirty minutes in the exam room even though there were no other patients even at the clinic. She then recommended OTC decongestants and a nedi pot. Really! I paid a $65 co-pay plus my insurance coverage for that...thanks a lot Dr. Johnson. You might want to re-tool your bedside manner.

It seems like all they want to do is provide unnecessary services to provide a steady revenue stream. They did not do a thing to for my wife when I took her in with bronchitis and breathing issues mainly be cause it was an hour away from quitting time and they just wanted to leave. I felt the doctor that saw us lacked any compassion whatsoever. They did take an x-ray and sent us on our way to the ER. Im really dissatisfied with not only "Urgent" care but CSHP as a whole. Cant wait to see the bill for that fruitless visit not to mention the ER bill.

This is by far the best urgent care Ive been to. Every staff member is kind, friendly, and empathetic. The wait times were a little long, but they were short compared to any other urgent care Ive been to. I got to see Dr. Lockett, who was absolutely wonderful, attentive and caring. The receptionist and nurses were also just lovely people who were genuinely concerned about my health. I will undoubtedly be coming back to this facility any time I need urgent treatment. Thank you, CSHP!

Dont walk... RUN AWAY from this place. Dr. Malabre was very unprofessional in my opinion and spoke to me in an insulting way when his staff scheduled an appointment incorrectly. This facility schedules labwork to be done after the lab assistants have left- then charges you a "lab fee" when you have to come back. So you are charged 2 times for 1 visit. This place is a nightmare! Do yourself a favor and go to a real doctors office. This place is a joke.
