Run! This office has the rudest individuals you could possibly encounter in a physicians office. My husband was hurt at work today and will have to have a total knee replacement. I called in at 3:00 pm to let them know that I had to cancel my appointment for tomorrow at 10:00 am due to the fact that my husband has to have a total knee replacement and I wont be able to make it for the appointment. The office manager never let me explain why I was cancelling, but immediately said I would have to pay a $35 cancellation fee because I was cancelling with less than 24 hour notice. I got angry and hung up. I called back and got another individual who reiterated that because I called in to cancel less than 24 hours in advance I had to pay that fee, regardless of the fact that my husband had been in the hospital all day and I couldnt call sooner. I called back again and talked to the office manager again. She said thats the policy if youre missing an appointment. I told her this was an emergency, and you cant plan for an emergency, and she said, "I hear you, I know where youre coming from..." and I said, "But youre making me pay that anyway?" and she said yes, because I hung up on her (which I did BECAUSE she rudely inserted the fact that I had to pay a fee before even knowing my circumstances) she wouldnt waive the fee! I am not sure why a doctor would have such rude individuals working in his office, but it is driving off customers. It is unfair and should be illegal to charge customers like this. I called the day before the appointment at least. Given the fact that my husband had been hospitalized all day I think I did pretty good, at least I didnt "no show," but gave them ample notice that I wasnt going to be able to make it. I advise you to run, not walk away from this office, and find a provider who employs people who have more professionalism.

Wow. The office manager is so rude! I dont recall scheduling a follow up appointment for my son. In fact, I recall saying that I likely wouldnt want one. Yet, apparently one was scheduled for six months out. I received a reminder call (which, by the way did NOT state that a fee would be charged if appointments were canceled). My son was sick with a tummy bug and couldnt be far from a bathroom so I canceled day of. The office manager told me in a pretty snarky tone that would be a $35 fee. When I explained everything, she didnt care. When I asked if I could talk to her boss, she said it was the doctor and that he wouldnt talk to me that he only talks to her on these matters. I asked her to at least ask him and couldnt believe she was refusing to let me speak to her boss. She said shed try and would call me back. Seconds later, she called me back leaving me a voice mail almost laughing and extremely rude letting me know that what she said was true, he wont talk to me and the fee stands. Extremely poor customer service! My son needs additional allergy testing, but I will not be back to this place as long as their front office is so rude. I will not recommend them either.

Super doctor and staff. We will however be taking my son out of this practice due to the distasteful billing woman. We received a past due balance notification which we were unaware of. I attempted to speak with the billing manager regarding the ammount and was treated with outright disrespect. I was simply inquiring as to the date of service and she was extremely rude and arrogant. We are not leaving the practice due to the missed payment (which was our fault and we are more than happy to pay), but due to the billing manager who is impossible to speak with and downright hurtful in the way she communicates. Its unfortunate that a good practice is overshadowed by such a horribly rude and crazy employee. New patients beware and check your billing very very closely. If you must deal with the billing manager good luck!!!!!!

Customer service varies based on each business, but in our experience, I want to warn others in case this is happening to you too. We have been sent a few invoices from this office for services rendered. In turn, we have paid for the services in good faith. What is a shocker is that Louise, the Practice Manager refuses to post our payments to our account, even after contacting her on two separate occasions. Each time we contacted her, all we received as a response is "I cant do that". We then received a letter indicating that services can no longer be provided as well as we were sent to collections. Intuition tells a person that theres more to how the practice is run than meets the eye. This experience will be shared with our local BBB office as well. Our advice: Seek an alternate provider!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brady and his entire staff. They have bent over backwards for me many times, especially when I was experiencing infection after infection. Because of him, I am now on a healthy plateau. When I have been extremely ill, his staff ALWAYS got me in that day. I suffer from Common Variable Immunodeficiency (I have no immune system). If it werent for Pikes Peak Allergy & Asthma, I would not be alive today to tell the world. I think the negative reviews people are writing are hilarious. $35 for a missed appt or less than 24hr notice to cancel is a bargain. Other Practices I have been to, such as CSHP charge $50. When these people snivel to the enormous medical groups, theyll realize how reasonable Dr. Bradys staff really is. Life is hard, get over it.

Dr. Brady is great. A really nice man and a wonderful doctor. But we left the practice because of the completely disrespectful treatment we got from the lady who does the billing. After sending my bill to the wrong state for a few months and then calling to get my correct address when she realized the mistake (which they had our correct address the whole time because my other child has been with the practice for 3 years) and finally sending me a bill, she turned it over to collections less than a month from when I finally received it. And said shed "take no responsibility" for what will now be a mark on our credit over $67 due to her incompetency. Well drive to Denver for an allergist before giving our business to an office that treats us like that.

We had never even seen the Dr yet. We were referred to his office. They called us to schedule an appointment. Well when it came time does the appointment my kids were extremely sick and in and out of the hospital. Called the night before to reschedule. We rescheduled then forgot because my son sees 5 other Drs because of his health. They sent me a termination letter saying they will no longer see my child as his Dr. First my child has never been seen in this office and second. Excuse me for going in and out of childrens Hospital because the kid has had pneumonia for the 25th time in his life. And the one time I forget to get him in to see a Dr this place has no heart. Its okay. I should have read his reviews before scheduling an appointment.
