We chose this office because of the "top dentist" rating from Phoenix Magazine. I will never listen to those reviews again. I can only assume he bought his way onto that list. My husband and I both went for a simple check up- and we were both given a laundry list of things we needed to get done. This was very unusual. As the appointments went on- it just became more obvious that they were trying to squeeze ever penny out of our insurance coverage- no matter what it took. The office was nice- almost pretentious. The staff looked like they worked for plastic surgery offices previously - or maybe on the side. We both have had to go back multiple times to have them correct work- and it is still not done right. I have NEVER had to return to a dentist to have the fix the work they did. It seems like they overbook - the last time we went they had us waiting nearly an HOUR! I have never had so many problems with a dentist before. Or have it be so obvious they were out to get my money. Dont let the other 5 star rating fool you - given by "Ryan". "Dr." Wallins first name is Ryan- and I do not think this is a coincidence.

What an awesome experience!! Just had to start with that. Their very thorough, very nice, and just flat out amazing. I would recommend everyone to come see these guys!!! Their more concerned about whats best for you then just money in their pockets. It was my first time going and it seemed like a lot but afterwards they laid out everything for me and made sure that I understood what they were talking about before they moved on lol. My favorite thing about them is how comfortable they made me, how nice they were, and how after everything we got done talking about they always said is there any issues or concerns you want to address or let me know about and what works best for me. Love this place so far and that was just from one visit!

As far as dental offices go, no one really wants to be at one but since we have to adult and go, this one is AMAZING! I have had multiple dental issues and have had a lot of work done at other practices and never left with a great feeling from them. From the front desk ladies to the hygienists/assistants to the dentists themselves - everyone at Aesthetic Family is super nice and make you feel at ease. Their office is equipped with all of the newest high tech whatnots and gadgets so every procedure Ive had has been completed the same day (including crowns) and thats awesome! Dr. Greding is the dentist I see and my kids see Dr. Wallin - both cool dudes and great dentists that I would highly recommend!

Aesthetic Family Dental Care has provided my dental care for the past 2 1/2 yrs. Dr. Wallin is a true perfectionist with exceptional skills, patience, and empathy for those of us with less fond "childhood memories" of a visit to the dentist. His assistants and office staff is friendly, efficient, and extremely accommodating in meeting patients needs. His injections are PAINLESS--yes, I did say he was a perfectionist! There is always a dentist on staff who can help with emergencies. That is dedication! Many thanks to the entire staff for all you do to make the experience a pleasant one. YOU ARE THE BEST!

I have been seeing Dr. Wallin for 10 years! Since I moved from Texas. His staff is wonderful and so helpful, and Dr. Wallin is very straight forward with a great conservative approach. I dont like needles or the prepping process for work and he and his staff is great with keeping me calm and relaxed. Im a lifer, well...until he retires :)
