First time try to talk to the doctor, but the reception didnt try to arrange anything. The 2 person I talked with at the reception were trying to make patient understand that "we are very busy, the doctor is very busy better not to bother us!" "In our office every day is quite busy, whether you need to wait for a long time depends on how lucky you are! We first need to check your insrance, it is our procedure...". " You know, we have a lot of senior patients and it takes time due to they may have complex situation..." Can not tell if Dr.Chan is recommendable, but the reception person is definitely not!

候诊时间超长，看病态度敷衍，商业味太重，不咋的。 The appointment is easy to get. -- The receptionist will give you whatever day and time you request. But every visit will take a long, long waiting time. I once got a 9:00 am appointment, and the doctor arrived at office at 9:40 am! And there were several patients before me had 9:00 am appointment! When the doctor ended up seeing me? About 10:40 am! Im tired of the waiting time and switched to a different doctor this year.

Not respect of patient, overbooked appointment made patients wait two hours from their appointment time. Whats the point of making appointment! Doctor social like a PR personal, she should better change her occupation, she can gain more reputation from it! Suggestion: if you are really sick need to see a doctor, please dont come here , otherwise your sickness will be more severe until you can finally see the DOCTOR !
