The past couple of times that I have had serious health problems I was told there were no appointment available. At least for 3 months! This last time that I call at their new location, I was told there were no appointment available, again, and wasnt asked if I wanted to schedule one. It already bugged me since I told the receptionist that I was having difficulty breathing, but she didnt even inform me about the urgent care next to their building! I have never been satisfied with their service.

Ive been in Dr. Bs care for 10 years and as a patient with MD I can tell you he has always been thorough, caring and ready to do what ever I need to have done.

It takes to long to see the actual doctor. And the lady who does appointments is not helpful at all. They dont seem to need any business.

They always get you in to see the Doctor when you need. Plus the wait time is almost none. Which is amazing! I love this office.
