I have been very pleased with his care. He gives his patients the time they need for explanations and education into their medical needs. Once I learned how to work with his appointment system, I found getting in to see him to be a satisfactory process. His biggest asset is his ability to act as an advocate for his patients. He has helped me to deal with the "system" when my my own attitudes, due to mental illness, have made some procedures difficult for me to deal with. He realistically deals with problems which, at times, requires him to make efforts on behalf of his patients that are far above what one might expect from a busy physician. His "bed side manner" is excellent and his communications skills in dealing with those of us who have trouble communicating their own wants and needs is to be admired. I think Doctor Fernando is a great Doctor, he really listens. He really does care about his patients. He has a very nice personality and makes you feel comfortable in telling him your every concern. He was my dads doctor and he guided us and helped us take better care of our dad. I truly trust him with my health care and that is very important to know I am being guided correctly. I thank him from the bottom of my heart.
