DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! So.... I started going to this place because it was literary 5 minutes from my work. My first appointment I got the 360 x-ray, my routine cleaning by this lady by the last name of Gutierrez (it was very painful and I bled like crazy) and I got talked into replacing my metal filling with a more cosmetic version..... everything were done super fast and I was not asked once about how I felt or if I was in pain. My 2nd visit was to get 2 of my wisdom teeth taken out, they were growing side ways and was really bothering me. When i went in for the appointment they gave me all these paper work stating they had gone through all the detail of the surgery with me and asked me to sign. when I told them I do not feel comfortable signing this because no one went through any of the detail with me, this is the answer I got " oh just sign it Dr. Summers is a great surgeon and he is also a MD".... ok... seriously? I have not even met this Dr. and i should trust everything you say? I really had to think about whether or not I want to go through with this. Right before the surgery Dr. Summers assistant explained all the detail to me and put me a bit more at ease. My surgery lasted about 30 minutes and he was working on 2 other people at the same time. NO PERSONAL ATTENTION AT ALL. (probably because he is only there once a month and all the surgeries have to be cramped in one day) Went back for the 3rd time today(6 days after the surgery) I was experiencing severe pain on my upper left teeth(not the area I had the surgery done). I told Gutierrez and her assistant I have not been able to sleep for the past 2 days because of the pain. She just cleaned my surgery area and looked at the X Ray they took 4 months ago then told me I probably have to come back next week for a root canal. She then told me she will prescribe me more medication which i am allergic to and made my throat swollen. The worse thing is she did not even give me the prescription herself, her assistant gave it to me and i never saw Gutierrez again. By this time I am thinking to myself.... she did not interact with me for more than 5 minutes, did not even look at the area i told her was hurting, and did not even give me the prescription herself. Why did I take time off from work and waste my time to come here?? I could have just rinse my mouth myself!! I am never going back

Walnut smiles has a beautiful office and the latest state of the art equipment. The office staff and dentists are professional. I have no real complaints about the care I have received there except that perhaps the hygienist is not very aggressive at removing plaque. Having access to the latest technology makes for a much more pleasant dental experience with crowns fabricated automatically on site and 3D imaging replacing traditional impressions. However, since this is capitalism at its best you have to PAY for all of this. I dont mind paying for better service, but Walnut Smiles will not disclose all options to you. I had a procedure recommended (two crowns) (Which I eventually choose) I asked for alternatives and they shared with me a list of alternative materials at different but similar price points. After all the work was done, when I was paying for the work, I was given another sheet which showed that there were yet more alternatives that would have been covered entirely by my insurance. These were not presented (despite my request) until after I had the crowns completed. I think you get good dental work done at Walnut Smiles, but you have to be assertive about demanding to see what options are covered by your insurance. After several visits to Walnut Smiles I am feeling a distinct sense of distrust which is something they should work hard to repair!

Very clean office and super friendly staff. Wait was short and they even offered me water when I was greeted! Very informative and well paced when working on me. They also do charity work which is awesome, if you donate, they double the amount and you get it discounted from your bill.

3 Hours of Pricing being explained to me ! Im not buying a house damn it. What a waste of time, great car salesmen for sure. Thanks for wasting my time and my work day.
