DONT GO TO WEST COAST DENTAL!!! I knew I should have left the second I got their because I had a bad feeling about the company. I watched them yell at a patient in the lobby. They Belittled and embarrassed the poor lady! I felt so bad for her. They didnt take a second to hear her, they just embarrassed her in front of all the patients in the lobby. My tooth was hurting, otherwise I wouldve left right then. I told myself that Id never come back after my tooth was fixed. I went into my appointment, and they gave me the fees to have my tooth fixed. I told them I felt uncomfortable with the fees, n I wanted to know exactly how much my insurance would pay for, n they said they worked with my insurance before and theyre usually pretty accurate, and I have nothing to worry about, so even totally worried, I had them fix my tooth. They said my tooth was hurting because I had a cavity on it. I felt deep down it wasnt from a cavity, but sadly, I trusted the dentist... only to find out 2 weeks later my tooth was still hurting. The X-ray tech slipt up n told me why my tooth was hurting, which was exactly what i thought, but the dentist denied that. I went to another dentist the same month, they told me exactly what the xray tech said, and they fixed the problem and guess what, my tooth didnt hurt ANYMORE. lastly, unsuprisingly, West coast dental sent me a bill for $200+ EVEN AFTER they said theyre accurate with thier billing! BS! West Coast Dental has horrible customer service, and theyre liars to gain more profit.

Do not go here I been going here since I was 12 it was fine at first with this one guy call " Dr. Baltazar" but he ended up leaving. The people who been working on me recently age the age of 19 to 20 have mess up my teeth up. I have spent over 9 thousand dollars only to now be suffering with tooth pain. Pain I didnt even have until I went there to get my teeth fixed up. I have had a lot of pain and they be like.. "You just have a cavity". I recently had a cavity and a tooth that got turn into a deep root canal cause they wouldnt fix it when it was a cavity. Before I felt no pain in those 2 teeth. Until they decide to work on them both . Since they have worked on them I been off and off with throbbing pain, or intense pain and each time I tell them the problem they say " Oh it just a side effect or you have a cavity".. It been like 3-6 months since then and they have done nothing to help at all.. Even the numbing they use dont work on me I still feel every little poke they do to my teeth it painful. But it the only dentist near me that accepts Medi-cal. Even so I honestly want my money back. Cause this is ridiculous.

Do you want to be seen by a dentist who cares more about your money than your well being? If yes, youve found the right place. This place is worse than a used car dealer. If you are on medi-cal you should just skip this place, unless you are on medi-cal and still happen to have thousands of dollars to give this dentist for a bunch of unnecessary procedures. Another thing about this place, they backstab each other in front of the patients. The staff will talk about other staff at the front desk and then when the person they are talking about comes out from the back office they get all hush hush. This is usually not a good sign if you are looking for people that will do the best job possible. They are too concerned with office politics. This dentist is a liar, a cheat, and a nazi.

While I call this place our local dentist, the truth is we drive a bit farther to West Coast Dental than our previous dentists simply because they are worth the drive. Our previous dentist, although had an office just near our home, was very unprofessional. I was hesitant to change dentists simply because of the convenient location. But then a friend of mine told me about West Coast Dental. Our new dentist at West Coast Dental is an angel! Very professional and sooooo kind! I have never been to a dentist who is so willing to talk and explain the procedures. And I’ve never met staff members who actually remember me by my first name! And in reality it’s only a few miles out of the way. Very worth it! Thank you West Coast Dental!

Got braces for my son and they were supposed to come off March 2012. I was there 2 visits ago and they said he might need an extra 3 months because some brackets came of a few times so I thought that was understandable. On my last visit now I hear that he need them for 1 full year. This time they tell me pay for the year or well take them off!! They didnt even try to explain or work with me at all. I honestly feel that theyre trying to get more money from me and i dont think thats good business.

Everyone was really nice!!! I was in so much pain cuz of the root canal n they really wanted to help me but had to wait till my insurance approved it. The receptionist gave me prescription n told me to go to the closest pharmacist n get what I needed until they call me asap when they get my papers okayed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very professional staff, administration is great handling appointments, phone calls, and anything that has to do with my file. Doctor and her assistant are amazing. Doctor explains everything in detail every time I visit. Overall its a great office, extraordinary environment with fun people.

Theyre very helpful they explain everything if you dont understand you said that you ask questions until you get it right. theyre patient they do let you stand with your kids and wait for the doctor.. they offer dental insurance very reasonable for those who dont have dental insurance

The staff was great with helping with my daughter who was scared to be there the dentist was really professional and understanding to her feelings talked to her and made her feel better the check up went great and and im very happy definitely recommend to others family and friend .

Hadnt seen a dentist in a couple years. They walked me through the process. Filled a cavity and did a wonderful job entertaining my two year old who came for her first time. They were super caring and all services were done quickly but professionally!

I loved it here everyones so sweet. I was so scared of getting my tooth pulled but they made me feel so comfortable, they numbed me so well I didnt feel a thing! And I was in and out in a couple of mins. I recommended this place to everyone I know

The staff at the front desk are great, so are all the rest of the staff. They treated me well and were very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and my options. I would highly recommend going there for your dental needs.
