This is a difficult review to write. There are so many aspects pertaining to dental visits. Some people favor competent staff, some payment processes, some attention paid to them. I prefer competency above all else. The oral cavity is so intimately tied to the rest of the body and to appearance, I prefer not to compromise on the person entrusted working dental procedures in my mouth. I found Dr. Keiser by way of a dental product company that had him as a customer. I had somewhat of an urgent situation with a cracked tooth. I was scheduled to have the tooth pulled by an oral surgeon upon a prior visit to another dentist. I texted the x-ray from this other dentist to Dr. Keiser and he immediately felt he could save the tooth. I even discussed Dr. Keisers treatment plan with a dentist friend halfway across the country and he concurred. This was a two appt visit. Dr. Keiser is a Marcus Welby-type (for those around long enough to remember). I was impressed that Dr. Keiser had the current technological tools to perform the procedures. One reason to select a more seasoned dentist is the likelihood theyve been using the tools for many years and are more skilled with them. So is the case with Dr. Keiser. Dentists often have a demure demeanor, as if they know the right answer but cannot scold patients, nor even really discuss the technical aspect with the patient. It can be unnerving (pun intended). I asked Dr. Keiser to explain in depth and he was kind enough to accommodate my myriad of questions. I was able to somewhat check his competency by discussing the procedures with my friend, who concurred most often. I even got samples of the materials used and tested them (for compatibility) between the two visits. I got along with the office staff. They have processes that send text messages and e-mail reminders. It is impossible to forget a scheduled appointment. Dr. Keiser is pricier than the dentist my wife sees. However, I know that dentist doesnt have the same tools as Dr. Keiser, which goes back to competency. I know many who continue to have dental problems years after having dental procedures and it is far more unhealthy, time-consuming, expensive, and painful the second time around - IF you can get a competent diagnosis. I prefer to pay more and get it done right the first time. I am confident Dr. Keiser is that kind of guy.

My family has been going to Dr. Keiser for almost 15 years. I tried another dentist closer to home just to find that he was cheaper but the quality of work he performed was cheaper. Luckily i only went there for a short time but the damage was done. Went back to Dr, Keisers office and will never go to a different dentist again. The office staff are always so pleasant and friendly. I look forward to my teeth cleanings knowing that I go to a great dentist. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have nothing but praise for the entire staff at Dr. Keisers facility. They are completely in touch with their patients needs. Dr Keiser uses "state of the art" equipment which means that nearly any procedure can be done "in house" which saves a great deal of time for things like caps, crowns or bridges. The staff is always extremely friendly, so you feel like part of the family, rather than a patient with a case number. Give them a try. I dont think you will be disappointed.
