Our experience has always been positive with Teeth4Kids; from the beginning when they helped us navigate all the paperwork for my son as a new patient. Last Friday evening at a school carnival my son pulled his spacers loose chewing on some jelly beans candies. For about 15 minutes he was miserable; we heard nothing but groans of how painful his mouth was. We couldn’t imagine what this long weekend would be like…so my husband said let’s give the dentist a call. Even though it’s 6:10pm on a Friday, a holiday weekend, maybe there will be a recording for an emergency? Then I heard my husband on the phone with the dentist herself. The office is closed. She’s also leaving but she will wait for Andrew. Wow, you meant she didn’t say sorry they are closed? We quickly jet down the street, amazed at Andrew’s luck! And just as promised, the dentist waited and took care of him. In less than 15 minutes, a happy boy emerged! As a mom, I was elated that he has his weekend back! THANK YOU TEETH 4 KIDS AND DR. ASHLEY!! THANK YOU for making it evident your service is genuine and you do care for our little patients! What a great place! Both of my boys have seen Dr Ashley Chou several times now. I have to preface this review by stating my kids are moderately fussy boys. When you first walk into the office its quite impressive. Truly built for kids and right off the bat my boys are excited. The waiting room is a mini placehouse that I would love to have at home. There is a honeycomb wall for the kids to climb around in and tons of toys to entertain them. The staff is remarkable and great with children The x-ray bib and the exam chairs are all built for kids and the disney movies playing all around are pure eye candy. It took awhile to get the kids out of the waiting room since they were too busy playing. Shortly after walking into the exam area the kids were onced again floored and happily climbed into their respective chairs. As a physician I am very particular about who takes care of my kids. I have no hesitation about the professionalism and care of Dr Chou and her staff. She was great with my kids and speaking english and chinese was a big plus. I highly recommend this office!!! LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!! I have always been very worried about where to take my children when it comes down to the dentist, being all the instruments they use and all the stories you hear on a daily basis. However my mother actually goes to the dentist in the same building and she LOVES them so I walked in to see what ages they see (my daughter is 4) the receptionist referred me to Teeth 4 Kids after making an appointment and my daughter slightly being seen (she wasnt a fan of x-rays) They told me she would have to be put to sleep, I personally am very paranoid !! But I made the appointment, over all with my daughters experience I couldnt be happier with how it went. I LOVE this place ! After my daughters appointment, and us going home a few hours later the Dr. personally called me to check up on her, they have contacted me personally to schedule her fallow up appointments and have been on it. I drive to Diamond Bar from Lake Elsinore for my kids appointments and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This place is a Gem☆ my little Tot Loves it here. First and foremost the staff and Dentist are supper friendly and helpful and very personable wich is very important to any parent I think. Secondly its absolutely beautiful! My Toddler has a blast playing with everything and everywhere. He totally forgets what we are there for LOL. I am so Happy with this Place I tell everyone with Kids about it, the Best Dentist for Children by far!

We have had such a great experience with Dr Chou at Teeth4Kids every time we have gone. All three of my children now look forward to going to the dentist. The waiting room is so kid friendly. Dr Chou is very sweet and gentle with the kids and explains all procedures to them before she does them, whether it is a regular cleaning or fillings. I would highly recommend Teeth4Kids to anyone needing a dentist for their kids.

Wow, this place is amazing. First time here and looks like well be back for the next 15 years. Coolest children dentistry Ive seen so far! Friendly staff, super quick service. Beginning to end less than 45 minutes, no wait at all, speedy yet friendly and professional. Each chair has a TV on top to keep the child entertained. Any wait time = fun time. They also get s little prize at the end.

They are awesome with kids! My child went in to get work done and needed to be put to sleep. The dentist called back herself later on that day to check on him. I missed the call but in the message I was told I could call at anytime (was given an after hours number as well) if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend teeth4kids to my friends and family. Glad I found them!

The office is beautiful and right when you walk in the door, my complaining and scared kid, who didnt want to go to the dentist, is happy he is there. The waiting room and the office in general is beautiful, it looks like a candy store. The staff was so friendly, my children felt so comfortable. After the cleaning my son asked when he can go back again.

This is most inviting and friendly dentist office for children. The whole staff is always so personable and helpful. Dr. Ashley is sweet and I love that her husband decorates the office for each season. Perfect for our family of young energetic explorers. Also just the building that the office is located in sets the scene for the visit each time.

it does not take too long to be called when show up at the appointment time. Play area is clean. Toys are well kept. Wonderful dental place for kids. My daughter has no fear to visit this place every time. Staffs and Dr. Ashley are so nice. Would recommend other parents to bring their kids to Teeth4Kids.

Dr Ashley and her staff are very friendly and caring. Dr Ashley called us after business hours to make sure our children were feeling well after the treatment. Most importantly, my daughter told me she didnt feel the pain during the cavity filling. Im glad I found a dentist that my children like.

My son loves coming to this place because of the fun environment at each and every section from reception to x ray room to dentist room. The fun part is that he gets a toy once he leaves. The staff is so friendly and handle kids with affectionate I will recommend this place to everyone
