OC Sports has created the most amazing rehab experience I have ever had. They do not leave you to do a list of exercises unsupervised (like other experiences I have had!). Through collaborative "hands on" proactive care you will not have to worry which member of their professional staff is working with you. That being said, typically you will be working with the same kind, gentle, but firm (come on... it hurts a bit moving an injured part of your body) staff member. They understand how to push your limitations by making you stronger without causing undue pain or further injury in the process. The atmosphere in the clinic is positive, fun, youthful, and very inspiring. All of the personnel are really committed to their various disciplines, and they enjoy seeing you improve. Let me start with the front desk…so bubbly, effervescent, and beautiful from the inside and out. With her smile alone, you will have no choice but to get better. Oh, but she is not just an inspiration for recovery; she is an excellent Physical Therapist Assistant armed with the knowledge of muscle building and nutrition. Any questions you have about what you should be eating, and what work outs you can do away from the client, etc. She has all those answers for you! She literally "knows everything"... But she will push in your exercise routines... to make sure you maximize your results (Oh the planks!). "Kei", is an Athletic Trainer, brings a whole other sphere of knowledge and physical routines that will help you to rehab your issue(s) very quickly. He is probably the most serious of the staff that I worked with, but he (like all the staff) is very caring about the work he does, and it shows. Then there is "Erin", the Office Manager; she is the smiling heartbeat of the clinic. If you have any issues with insurance, appointments, or other questions/issues concerning the clinic, She is your woman. She always has a smile and a great attitude when dealing with the frustrations of insurance companies, etc. She keeps the clinic humming like a "well oiled" machine. Did I mention she is fun too? The Physical Therapist Aides: are the "muscles" that keep the clinic moving... bringing you weights, heating pads, cold packs, and electro stimulation machines. When the clinic is humming at full capacity, it is amazing to watch them buzz around. Fast, yet professional, gentle, and with such great attitudes they go about helping you to get and feel better. They all are properly trained to ensure you are executing your exercises in top form and not "slacking". Be careful they have eyes in the back of their heads, and on the sides! "Dr. Cary" is a very professional and knowledgeable physical therapist; right on target with his assessments; both with your initial intake/assessment, and when it is time to be "kicked to the curb" (because you have achieved your rehab goals). I met two of the owners, and they are also very positive and fun people. Like all businesses, it starts at the top. They set the tone and have created a very positive and fun environment for people to come for rehabilitation. I know my review has spent a lot of time on the people of this clinic, but that is what really makes the best rehab experience possible. I really looked forward to coming to the clinic twice each week, and I resisted when they "kicked me to the curb". But they were right, I was "healed" and it was time to go.

I recently started working with Dr. Costa on a rehab program following my lower back surgery on the L5 - S1 disc. The first thing I was impressed with was Dr. Costas willingness to treat me as a valued patient. In dealing with rehab in the past for other injuries, the PTs just gave me a stretching/rehab program and showed me how to do the exercises and then they were pretty much done with me. Dr. Costa on the other hand, took the time to personally massage my quads and hamstrings first, and then spent my entire rehab session with me alone. Dr. Costas knowledge for injuries and physical therapy has also impressed me. After my first visit, Dr. Costa followed up with me and sent me some articles for my own reference to insure that I would not re-injure myself inadvertently while at home, at work, or during the holidays. Each time Ive worked with Dr. Costa he has made me feel like I am his most important client and has put my physical well being first. I will continue to work with him and would highly recommend OC Sports & Rehab Wellness Center to anyone needing physical therapy seeking rehab or preventatitve care.

Im a frequent patient at this OC Sports and Rehab location and feel the treatment is stupendous compared to other places I have gone in the past as collegiate and post collegiate athlete. The location is close to the freeway, easy to spot and there is a Del Taco close to it which makes it that much better and the staff at this location are always friendly. Every little thing about this clinic is awesome and easy for people to learn and get better. If you are looking to improve your running mechanics this the place. Cary have this really intense camera setup that watches the person run or walk and helps break down your running/walking mechanics along with giving you feedback on ways to fix the issue at hand. So far two of my running mates have had great results from Carys Gait Analysis. I have recommended my athletes and teammates to this clinic for years of all shapes, ethnicity, and gender due to the work they do. Cary does great work and really knows his running mechanics. I recommend this location to any one seeking to get better with any type of injury. Thanks Cary

There are so many good things to say about this place and I dont know where to start. Cary is my Physical Therapist and he is excellent at what he does. Very professional, funny, respective, and receptive to my pain. I have made great progress as he pushed me further then I expected. Go see Cary, he takes his time with you and all patients and makes sure you are comfortable with the treatments before hand! Along with the therapist the office staff and the aides are just as as the PT. The front desk ladies are so kind at the Drs office and always with a smile. Very easy to work with and up to date with any information you might need which make the experience that better. All of the aides that I work with are awesome, positive and enthusiastic. The exercises are tough but necessary for improvement. Some how they make doing the exercises fun and doing the exercises correctly. Being an blue collar man its important that I received the proper care to get back to work and Im definitely receiving that here. Thank you Cary!

OC Sports & Rehab is awesome! I was having chronic foot issues for several months that wouldnt go away. They really took the time to assess what was wrong and discuss the treatment options with me very clearly. Having run in college, and still running around 60 miles a week, it is important to be able to have a reliable place to go to deal with all of those little aches and pains that come up. I would recommend this place to all people, no matter how active you are in your daily life. They work well with everyone with the goal of getting you healthy again as efficiently as possible. The place was clean and the staff and other clients were super friendly, check them out!
