I have been hurt a few times in my career. Each injury has been pretty serious and caused me to need months upon months of physical therapy to be brought back to 100 percent. I was introduced to Marketplace through my workers comp adjuster. That was almost 4 years ago and I have now attended therapy at this location for 5 seperate injuries. Each time I come back I feel as a part of the family of employees there. Each and every person that works there is not only very friendly and knowledgable but they all have amazing attitudes and make your time there fly by. It is sad to say but I actually really enjoy going to therapy. The therapists not only take care of you and heal you but they talk to you and get to know you. There is never a moment where you dont feel like you are a friend of all of them. I have been healed/fixed 5 times now and I know when the next injury happens I will stop at no cost to go back to Marketplace. I have recommended Marketplace to everyone I know that needs therapy and have had nothing but praises to give back to my employer and workers comp adjuster. I used to live in Chino so it was local and easy to attend therapy there now I live about 30 minutes away and have no issues driving to get the best possible care. If you need anytype of therapy and want to actually get better, and at the same time learn how to take care of that injury forever then Marketplace is the only place to go.

I have been an athlete all my life, the spectrum of activities ranging from collegiate softball, high school football, to racing dirt bikes (and yes I am a girl.) With these daily adventures comes, with no surprise: surgies, broken bones, and countless hours in physical therapy centers. After years of bouncing from therapy center to therapy center I can finally say that this place has been the perfect fit. The most recent ankle fracture lead me to Market Place Chino where I was referred to by my mother and father, who were both previous patients and are completely satisfied with the results. Afterall, they did intrust this group of preofessionals with their princess! I have had the privilege to be under the care of Dr. Courtney Ellstrom. She has been nothing but a blessing, always challenging me to get stronger, healthier, and making the time here unbelievably enjoyable. The atmosphere here makes therapy feel like a welcoming family environment, each person here is always willing to go above and beyond all expectations. I am forever greatful for the care and treatment my family and I have recieved and would go no where else. Marketplace Chino has my sincerest backing and recommendations to anyone in need of physical therapy. I can not thank them enough for all that they have done and continue to do.

I never thought I would enjoy going to physical therapy, but I really enjoy coming here. I sustained a hamstring injury from running a half marathon and this place has been helping me recover. I had never done or seen the kind of exercises they have me do, they really know what they are doing. Dr. Steven is extremely knowledgeable on injuries, plus he is easy to talk to. After my injury, I wanted to run a full Marathon, a huge event for me. This location helped me accomplish this and I sincerely cant express enough my gratitude. The staff is amazing, Veronica is awesome, she has such great character and makes the therapy enjoyable. Tricia is also great, very friendly and easy to talk to. I like how willing they are to work with my schedule. Despite my attempt to be there on time for every appointment, I sometimes get there late. They dont deduct from my session and there has been many times where I get additional time. The location of this establishment is easy to find, my only complaint is the parking. In multiple occasions I had to park in other businesses reserved parking spots. Other than that little issue, this place is great. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has suffered any kind of injury and needs rehabilitation.

They are super friendly. Nice and did not make me feel nervous at all. The physical therapist was understanding about my anxiety and pain levels. Explained everything and listened to everything i asked. First visit was good. Very helpful and i love how he explained how the steps work along with what he will be doing. So i know what to expect. And how he is thinking this will be the best treatment plan. I loved how he said it will take time it wont happen over night. Open and honest i like that.

outstanding staff! they are very knowledgeable and very professional. they are helping me recover from knee replacement surgery. Tricia and veronica are a fantastic team ! I would not trust my rehab to anyone else.
