I run because I love it and because running helps me relieve stress. Hip pain was interfering with my routine, and I was referred to physical therapy. The earliest appointment I could get at the PT office my PCP referred me to was 3 weeks out! A friend recommended Kinematics Physical Therapy. She said the atmosphere was professional, yet personal, and Dr. Matt Fujita was passionate about his practice and his patients. She was absolutely right! I called and was seen the following day. After a thorough exam and consultation, and about 3 weeks of work, Im already experiencing relief. The staff is knowledgeable and they genuinely care about the progress their patients are making. I cant thank Kinematics Physical Therapy enough for helping me get back into my running routine!

Arrived at Kinematics as skeptical as one gets. 6 years of pain, surgeries and therapies had left me doubtful there would be any improvement or help offered within. The first thing I noticed was the family atmosphere, not the typical arrogant servant master office usually seen. Second was, the practical approach with explanations of what we were doing and why. After the first visit I was at least hopeful. Second visit we got right to work. I had a SLAP tear repaired and it hurt, but with the right physical therapy we worked it to the point of feeling better. I was/am impressed, by every member of Matthew Fujitas team. He is knowledgeable, professional and really good at what he does.

Kinematics is by far the best physical therapy place Ive ever been to. Ive gotten injured many many times in the past few years and every time Ive been to PT, I didnt have a great experience. But here, I find myself spending extra time and wanting to stay longer! Matt and his staff are so caring and make that extra effort to connect with every patient that walks in. It immediately feels like youre hanging out with family. We were limited on time for me to recover from my knee surgery because Im leaving for Italy. No problem for Kinematics! Im hiking again and have almost my full range of motion back. If you need a PT, go to Kinematics!

Kinematics Physical Therapy is amazing! I had dislocated my knee cap and had started pt at Kaiser. I wasnt getting any results and I felt like the physical therapist didnt know what she was doing and hardly worked me out. So I sought out a better recovery program and found it with Kinematics Physical Therapy! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The staff there knew exactly what my injury was and exactly how to treat it to see results and improvements. I highly recommend Kinematics to anyone looking for physical therapy needs. They are the best in the area, hands down!

Kinematics has given me top level care in a soothing and environment. After some very poor experiences with physical therapy places in the past, I highly recommend Kinematics to anyone trying to get back after any sports injury! Matt and his team have gotten me back to feeling healthy and playing confidently and comfortably with Meg City Futsal and the Ontario Fury. Highly recommend! Ive always been skeptical of physical therapy and avoid it all costs. But I had a great experience and quickly recovered from a back injury. Best therapist Ive ever had, extremely knowledgable, and doesnt waste your time. He will definitely push you, but not in a bad way. Hes all about getting you healthy, fast!
