I injured my lower back playing basketball and was bed-ridden for about a week. I was experiencing severe back pain due to several bulging discs as well sciatic pain down through my legs. Through a referral, I visited Dr. Kim at his previous office and he was very effective in treating my lower back problem. He not only treated my lower back but worked on my mid back, legs and core to alleviate pain and strength my overall mid section to prevent further injuries to my back. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim to any patients looking for solid, honest, effective PT in South OC!

I am a mom of three and I had hurt my back one week while carrying my sick son all night. The pain really limited me from doing everything that I needed to do. Fred listened to what was wrong and then proceeded to treat those areas. I received treatment for about 2 and a half weeks. It helped me SO much! He also told me about stretches that I could do at home and some tips for keeping my back protected. I am so grateful for Lakeside Physical Therapy. It is brand new and VERY clean with all new equipment. Easy parking and entry to the clinic.

I had been suffering from knee pain for years due to my recreational running. Dr. Kim loosened up my IT band and taught me how to stretch and strengthen my legs in order to alleviate the pain and pressure in my knees. And it has worked! In the time since I have been treated, my knees have not been a problem for me during my runs! Thank you Lakeside Physical Therapy! And you will definitely appreciate how clean the clinic is and the pristine view of Lake Mission Viejo.

My ankle had a compound fracture two and a half months ago and before I could start walking I went into to Lakeside for my therapy. The work Fred did was amazing. My legs started to get back to their former strength and my hurt ankle is already almost as flexible as my healthy one and I still have weeks of therapy to go. I have met other people who have had compound ankle fractures and they have not been so lucky. Fred is an amazing physical therapist.

Fred and his team have been with me for two hip replacements. Fred & his team knew from day one what my strength needs were as well as what my hip range-of-motion precautions were. Fred designed a rehab plan that rebuilt the strength in my muscles which in turn increased my confidence that I would get back to my regular physical routine.
