this place is a complete joke as far as service goes front desk people are very careless and not welcoming..they eat right at the check in desk and they dont want be bothered..very unfriendly to kids and their needs even though they dont mind taking their insurance money...one of the worst medical experience i have ever had and will never go back there ....be aware ... my experience is with Rancho location..dont know about the other locations but clearly it is the same company..crap.
