I have to say for the last 1.5 years my experiences here have been excellent. As a patient, Im proactive. I call if I have an issue, consult if Im not sure I need to come in, and dont waste their time. Im not sure how it is with others. Her staff works for you to make sure your prescriptions get taken care of at the pharmacy of your choice, or through mail order/ESI; they also will give you copies of lab work but for the asking. The times I have been sick or have needed to be seen the same day, I have been squeezed in. Therefore, in fairness I ensure that I am patient when scheduling appointments after 12 as the doctors make an effort to be flexible. Dr. Sweet is my PCM. As she is currently a TRICARE provider, she could but doesnt treat me like I am just padding for the books. I have gotten the referrals I need, the medicine I need, and the procedures I need. She is also extremely caring and empathetic. Where other specialists have failed, Dr. Sweet has come to my aid. When I have reviewed these other specialists as failing to do their jobs appropriately, Dr. Sweet has risen to the challenge. Her only drawback is that she has a tendency to spend more than the allotted 15 minutes with a patient, which makes us feel like shes listening, but makes her afternoon patients annoyed that shes late. If you need more time, you just ask for a 30 minute appointment. In summary: Their service is always friendly, regardless of who you deal with or how good/bad you feel. The doctors are empathetic, get you in when youre sick, and dont make you wait too long. The medicine has been what I needed when I needed as an informed patient. I give them five stars.

I really liked Dr. Mary Sweet. She is a very knowledgeable doctor with a lot of patience and a good listener. I felt like she is a humane type of doctor with lots of experience. As for the facility its a nice, clean and cosy health center, the staff is nice and friendly and professional. The only thing is that when you call to take an appointment, chances are you wont be able to schedule anything so soon as the facility is always busy! I got my appointment like in a month after I called. You also need to make sure not to forget about your appointment as the staff will not call you to remind you of your appointment so write it down and memorize it because if you forgot you will be charged $ 75 for not informing them in advance so yes there is a 24 hrs notice. So when you schedule you need to give them your credit card info. Im a planner so I had the date memorized and was a bit surprised that the staff didnt call me a day or two to remind me like all the other doctors offices do. Other than that , a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Sweet!

The only reason this is not zero stars is that is not an option. First of all this is an insurance scam operation. Once they figured out that lying to us about being under our insurance did not magically deepen our pockets they refused to discuss, OR FORWARD, medical procedures we have already paid for. They also refused to update our insurance when we moved and instead just went after us personally, even though we provided ALL the information to them... repeatedly. The receptionists are horrific, self-entitled, and incompetent, and refuse to pass messages, ABOUT MEDICATION, onto the doctors themselves. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr. Hendrick has been my PCP for over six years now and I am very happy with his attention to detail and availability. His referrals when complicated medical problems have arisen have been timely and professional. I highly recommend him.
