For every visit to this off ice I had an inaccurate coding submitted to my insurance, which led to hours on the phone trying to resolve this. Luckily I started in this office with preventative care visit and I had nothing wrong, but they still manage to make charge for half session due to questions asked about my allergy. The billing in this office is very near to fraudulent and all the people I know now revising their bills are discovering this. Be very aware and question every question or suggestion on how they are going to bill you as they have no scruples for billing you even for a co-pays you have already paid. Keep all the receipts. Do not believe any reason billing person gives you as the ultra charges are subtle and she will lead you to believe you have no option but to pay.. Check it with your insurance company, Be prepare to check and question bills, to spend time on the phone with your insurance office and try to keep proves of why you visited the office. You most likely will need this as this billing person can lie very easily which is one of the ways she deals with her incompetence , another way is that she will intimate you and hang up. Unless you dont care paying for charges that your insurance should pay but billing just cant be bothered, to pay for un-necessary procedures that insurance doesnt cover, A rude, dishonest billing clerk, then this is the office for you. Why a caring Doctor as below review would have such dubious staff? She is his wife! I have come to the conclusion she submits incorrect coding because as in net-work they make adjustments but if she charges you directly, you have to pay full. She even charged me for adjustments on the bills and that is illegal in CA.

The staff was friendly. However the physicians assistant Roger is the worst. He makes you feel bad about yourself. I only went to him a few times and Everytime I left their I felt bad about myself. I feel like you should never critize a persons weight. Because last time I check being over weight is no better then being alittle underweight. He also would not supply me with the medication I needed. You dont just take a person off of a med cold turkey that they have been on for years. You really need your license revoked and fired from that office! Worst experience of my life!!

My experience has always been amazing! He hits the nail on the head every time! He is a straight forward doctor, so if you dont want to hear the truth, dont go to Dr. Franklin. Me personally, I prefer the straight talk from my doctor, also, he will talk to you in human terms so you understand everything that he is telling you. Nicki at the front desk is wonderful, super quick and always responsive. Amazing to have found my forever doctor!

Great doctor, very friendly and asks many questions and answers all your questions to make sure you are satisfied with your visit. The staff is friendly as well. They are great about reminder call the day before your appointment. I see an earlier review about incorrect charges but I have been seeing Dr. Franklin for 10 yrs and have never had an issue. I always recommend him when someone is looking for a new doctor.

Terrible experience! They call you the day before your appointment and want to reschedule. When you leave message to be called back they dont. You have to go in every 3-6 months or they cancel your prescription. Lastly Dr. Franklin is pushing to be a concierge doctor and wants you to pay additional for his services. Find a different doctor, stay away from Dr. Franklins office!!!

Dr Franklin, and staff, are professional and compasionate about you and your health. He has cared for me and my family for many years. We absolute love him and his staff. We wish we could move them all with us to our new state. HIGHLY recommend him!!
