I started seeing Dr. Cheng in May. The visits were abrupt and short but I was waiting to get to know her better. Over a period of 4 weeks starting on August 23, 2015, I tried to get a routine prescription transferred and another renewed. Despite multiple emails and phone calls as well as faxes from my pharmacy service, I still dont have the correct prescription. First the entire staff was on vacation for a week (this is after having moved just 6 weeks before). Then Dr. Cheng was out of the office due to a family emergency. I was patient and polite but no one seemed to have read the emails. They couldnt figure out my name or date of birth, then they got the dose wrong (this info was in the emails). Finally they needed to send a prescription to a local pharmacy to cover until the mail away refill arrived. The fax they sent was illegible (I have a copy) and was returned by the pharmacy. I have filed a complaint with the licensing board.

I have been seeing Dr. Christi Cheng for over 4 years now. She started out as an observant and very helpful doctor until she got her own practice and office. Now, after making you wait for over half an hour, she will see you in less than 5 minutes because she overbooked herself. She doesnt pay attention to your issues anymore, All she ever wants to do is prescribed you medications because she cant wait to get to the next patient. Im just now a number to her. I wouldnt recommend her at all. She doesnt even bother to give me referral for my bladder issues and lower back pain. I had to ask one of her assistant for one. Im now seeking another family doctor. I refuse to go back to that office after she was so rude to me in front of her staff!! I dont recommend her. She will be a waste of your time. You will just be a number to this doctor!

Dr. Christi Cheng is very good doctor. Ive been with her since 2008. She extremely knowledgeable, observant, kind and helpful. Takes the time to get to the bottom of my problems. Can always count on her to give me the best advice/treatment possible.

Awful she booked my emergency appointment to collect insurance money otherwise she was rude and unsympathetic for my situation and kicked me out ASAP after her "diagnostics". Changing Drs right away!
