Thomas Ho always asks us to do unnecessary visits and "exams" we didnt ask for, and bill us additional money! My baby is very healthy, but he keeps asking us to visit him to do the "Healthy exam", ignoring the insurance coverage. His assistant is horrible!! She is the worst receptionist/assistant Ive ever seen! She is rude and hung up phone, and refuses to answer any questions if you try to discuss with her about the skyrocket bill they sent. Avoid this office!! This is the biggest lesson I learned from my horrible experience with them!!!

Office staff is soooo rude!!! I called to schedule a consultation appointment with Dr. Ho before my baby is born. I asked the receptionist a few questions regarding the insurance they accept and the initial hospital visit. She became very impatient and even cancelled my appointment. This is what she said to me: "Honestly were not interested in new patient and you dont need to come for the consultation any more". Ive never dealt with any staff member as rude as this. Horrible experience.

When the Dr. refer to a specialist, the office lady refused to send any medical record to the specialist and the attitude was very rude. The lady is Dr.s wife. How do you fight for your right?
