I went there almost 2 years ago. The dentist had no personality and repeatedly insisted I needed to have my fillings redone as I had "damaged" them. I had no prior cavities, thus no fillings. Never mentioned she saw only cavities, only that I had damaged fillings. She continued to argue with me about that fact, as if I wouldnt know if I had had fillings in the past or not. Its only my mouth. I left frustrated and feeling like I was being scammed. My teeth also did not feel as if they had been cleaned at all. During the process the dentist was rough, caused me fairly severe pain on two occasions and her only response was "well, I have to do this." After what can only be described as the worst dental appointment ever, I went to a different dentist in Arvada. They requested that I get the X-Rays from Arvada Modern Dentistry so they didnt have to charge me again for them. I called Arvada Modern Dentistry. They told me their computer system was down, but took my name, phone number, and name of the dentist I wanted the X-Rays sent to. They said no problem. Low and behold, though not at all surprising, they failed to follow through. My new dentist called them personally, was told that they would send them over right away, and again it never happened. The new dentist elected to not charge me for additional X-Rays, though they had to be done, as it was not my fault and didnt feel I needed to pay. From what I have gathered this place used to be reputable with good staff and good dentists. That is why I ignored all of the bad reviews and gave it a shot initially. But I should have listened to the negative reviews, especially given that the most recent reviews were all negative and the good reviews were several years old. Now, this place is a scam of a dental office that employs a whole lot of people who could care less about their jobs or their patients. I have full dental insurance so nothing was out of pocket so this isnt a review from someone who couldnt afford their work and is now complaining. After the way I was treated, and the sheer lack of professionalism, I didnt want my insurance to pay them a dime. There are far better dentists in the Arvada area that are more caring and professional than anyone I met at this office. Give them a shot and skip this place.

Ouch, easy to complain. I had some tooth pain for 5 days. I called yesterday and they got me in today. I thought the worst, but apparently not as bad as I thought. Dr. Gray, Bre, Anastasia and Amanda were so helpful. They all just kept asking if I understood or had any questions. Was I comfortable? What else can they do? Dentist are a pain. (pun intended). I dont like the dentist, yet they made it as good as it can be. Price was reasonable and they got me in today! Today! The next day. Thank you. The funny thing was next to me was a young girl who had a cavity. She was complaining and crying during the process. Her mother and the dentist crew were so supportive, yet the procedure needed to be done. Once finally complete, her mother told her if she brushed her teeth, this could be avoided. The child just complained that mom was always saying that. Stop telling me to bush my teeth she complained. I could have avoided my experience today, had I been better with flossing. I take responsibly for my teeth. This crew could have been judgemental, but they were not. Point being, I went to the dentist and had a great day. Thanks gals. Eric Gates Golden CO

I first came to "this place" after finding a groupon for them. Id never had issues with my teeth so - who knew. They seemed friendly, but took way too many x rays and did a full 360 x ray(no clinical value). They then told me that Id need to replace a filling - one Id had 20 years without an issue. I came back, and they did it extremely quickly. Even using a drill that sounded and felt insane. For a few days my teeth seemed off. I went back and they tried to adjust the filling - EVEN grinding other teeth in the hopes of leveling(I have no idea). I should not have let them. A day later, I had searing pain. I found another dentist and went there. My tooth was cracked and I needed a root canal and crown. I was told several reasons why they did things very poorly from my new dentist, but I never took any further action against them - I probably should have. I dont really write reviews, but its been about five years and I still have issues because of them. Dont go somewhere that seems to only want to bill you for all their new technology. Go somewhere to get you teeth cleaned and fillings when absolutely necessary.

Great dentist office! I was a little worried after reading bad reviews as others were, but my experience was far from bad. Everyone was really friendly from the receptionist, the woman in charge of billing, the hygienists, and of course the dentist herself. I had my teeth cleaned and had some extra unfortunate dental work done as well. They were very thorough in making sure everything was perfect in my dental work and for all the extra technology they used it was NOT much more expensive then other quotes Ive received from other dentist offices. Plus, the extra technology made things much more efficient saving me time from being in the dentist chair. Also, they were incredible about scheduling an appointment that worked for me within a weeks time, and once I arrived they respected my time and got me right into the chair. And yes, some offices do have windows, but Im sure if you really had a issue with it they would move you to one without a window view if you asked.

Warning...do not go to this office. They are unethical and scam you out of money for unnecessary treatments. I Have been coming to this office for about a year and a half and on my first visit I was told that I had severe periodontitis and needed all kinds of special treatments and that I needed to come in for these treatments every 3 months. It seemed almost every time I went in I had a different hygienist and dentist. I recently relocated out of state and went to a new dentist today. It turns out my gums are healthy and nothing extra is required. Beware, if you are not completely educated on your dental health, they will try to get you for everything they can. Not only do they rip you off, but it is unethical. No wonder their turnover is so high. I wont get back the thousands of dollars I spent on treatment I didnt need, but Im hoping you will see this and choose a different dentist so youre not scammed too.

I had a horrific experience. I had a root canal where a tool broke and was left in the canal. I was not told this had happened. Due to the tool blocking the canal, the canal could not be cleaned properly and cement could not be placed. Since I was not told of this occurrence and was in severe pain I kept looking for source of severe pain. I ended up being told i needed a 2000.00 procedure that may help my pain. No one told me why I needed procedure and i did not have done. I had a perfectly good tooth ground down and a new crown placed costing me another grand. I had ct scan of sinuses and a brain mri due to severe pain. I finally got a second opinion and the broken tool was found on xray with a severe infection. Dr grey owner of arvada modern dentistry refused to return all money without a rediculous worded contract. She never once called me to apoolgize. I have had to have all work redone
