The front desk is extremely rude and have terrible communication skills. They will tell you false statements about your work done with them. First off this office messed up my fillings. They had to have me come back to have one taken out and re done. Next 7 months later I get a phone call about an owed bill. Let me clarify when I left my last appionmet I was told my account had no balance due by the front desk. Later I find out that was a lie and my owed Bill is from 8 months ago. Ive had three appointments since then with no communication on owning anything during those. The lady who called me today 7/12/17 was the worst of them all. Not only did she hang up in me, but also refused to give me her name when I called back to take it down so I could later call the owner/doctor that owns the practice. She continue by talking down to me. Her own words to me were "ok little girl Im sorry you dont understand your insurance policy." Im not a child I am a 24 year old woman who owns her own business. After todays experience I will NEVER return to this dentist office because of they front desk failure in customer service. (Updated 8/4/17) I received a call from the office manager. She was so sweet and considerate. Not only did she address all my issues, but also provided me with solutions to my previous challenges. They Handel my situation fabulously at the end of the day.

I have been a client for years now, I have seen multiple changes in ownership and this by far is my favorite. Walking in, you are welcomed with a positive attitude and great environment. The staff is laid back and personable, they make every experience enjoyable. I think I speak for most when I say it is a rare thing to enjoy going to the dentist, but the staff at Sage Dentistry truly makes a person feel welcome and comfortable, which is why I keep coming back. Aside from the quality customer service, the dental work I have received from them has been amazing. I have had a large amount of dental work done, including multiple procedures and I am more than pleased with the outcome. I recently had two implants installed, they look great, feel great and you cant even tell that they are fake. They match my teeth perfectly. I am more than happy with the service I receive from Sage Dentistry of Arvada, I will continue to come back and I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Everyone at this office was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Our experience was so pleasant we have decided to become regular patients here. My husband had been out of the country and was only home for 3 days while preparing to leave the country for a job. Days before he was to leave, the job informed him he would need to have a dental exam and X-rays submitted prior to the start date. The front desk staff were so great about providing all the documentation we needed. Haley did his X-rays with such ease and the dentist was so great with the exam and discussing the results without any pressure or that tone of condescending disappointment which so many other dentists tend to use with people who havent seen a dentist in a while. My husband hasnt been to the dentist in 10 years due to a negative experience during his last visit. Because of the sincerity and warmth the staff here exude, we feel confident and comfortable trusting our care to them.

As a person who DESPISES going to the dentist I could not have been more pleased by my experience at Sage Dentistry of Arvada. Right away my usual discomfort was put at ease by friendly front desk worker Julie, who set me up in the waiting room with a glass of water. I waited for only a few minutes before being taken back for my appointment with dental hygienist Jaimie and Dr. Phan, both of whom did a marvelous job making me feel comfortable while cleaning and inspecting my teeth. Since my initial visit, I have been back for several more cleanings and appointments. The other members of staff I have met, including wonderful dental hygienist Shannon, have all been courteous and professional. So, for anyone who hates the dentist, Sage Dentistry of Arvada is definitely an office to consider!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone Ive met here. The front desk is friendly, informative , and efficient. They are very good with accommodating your scheduling needs. The hygienists Ive had are very thorough, yet gentle. Dr. Pollack and her dental assistants have been absolutely wondeful. In the past, I have always been a bit nervous about dental procedures and the pain that can go with them, but Dr. Pollack and staff have a certain calming effect and make it a priority to keep you very comfortable and free of any pain. They listen to and respect your concerns. I have absolute confidence in them for all my dental needs and I highly recommend them.

Jaimie Rundus of Sage Dentistry (formerly Foothills Dental Spa) has been taking care of me for over 10 years. I had tried several other hygienists after moving to Northern Colorado and none of them compared to Jaimie. I now make the 2 hour roundtrip drive just so that I can have her clean my teeth. She is friendly, courteous, and makes you feel comfortable, but most importantly, Jaimie is gentle and thorough which you dont often find at other offices. She is obviously very knowledgeable and gives great advice without being pushy. I will continue to go back to this practice because of its friendly atmosphere and the great service and care that I consistently receive.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this dental office. The staff and doctors I interacted with were even more congenial than my previous dental experiences. The hygienist I had was pleasant and made delightful conversation with me. I waited hardly at all between all stages of my visit which included a routine cleaning and standard check up/exam. Dr. Roggow was kind, attentive and always had a smile on his face. All the staff and doctors cared about me as an individual and paid attention to my answers to questions they asked. For example, all wished me well on my upcoming job search. I will be keeping this location as my regular dental office for the future!

Could not be happier! All of the staff are fantastic to deal with. Dr. Phan, in particular, walks the line perfectly between friendly and professional. In hearing her speak with the technicians, there is something incredibly refreshing about hearing a Dr. use "please" and "thank you" when asking for something; at other offices, those conversations are usually cold and transactional. The front desk is also incredibly helpful and nice; LeVon really went out of her way to help me out (yay teacher discount!). Also, being a teacher, I am particularly fond of their extended hours. All told, great people, great service, and a wonderful business.

"Dental" and "Spa", if there ever was such a pairing, would be this facility. The entire consult, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left, could only be described as more than kind and helpful. I know that the repair work on my sons teeth, after an accident this weekend, will be treated with the utmost skill, sensitivity and care. Dr. Wilkin was able to put my son at ease during our initial appointment and I was impressed with how deeply he cares about the quality of work he does. (All of his staff represented themselves in the same way. Very refreshing!) I would not hesitate, if I were you, to bring any dental needs here.
