I have never particularly enjoyed going to the dentist, but Highlands Dentists has completely changed my attitude about dental visits. From my first visit I was treated like a valued client. Every single person in the office was professional in her job, everyone made you feel welcome and comfortable, and everyone was so competent that they got you on your way quickly and as efficiently as possible. We are lucky in Denver to have access to top quality health care, and the professionals at Highlands Dentists are, in my mind, the best of the best. For reasonably priced, super professional dental care you cant do better than this office. I feel lucky to have found them!

Made a new patient appointment. Showed up. And they had no clue who I was and no appointment. Total waste of time if they cant keep track of their scheduling. They tried to insist I must have called a different dentist. But then I showed them the call I made to their office on my phone and they still said too bad. I wont bother with this place.

High pressure tactics, shady billing practices--nice to your face, but their actions say otherwise. I gave them several chances to be better but I will be finding a new dentistry office. Sad really.
