Dr. Pimper is a very nice man, HOWEVER, they completely mislead us on cost and what insurance would cover. We discussed my care plan and they contacted my insurance company to check on my coverage. Dr. Pimper sat down with me, we went over a print-out that THEY PREPARED, of what my insurance would cover and he showed me what my part of the cost would be. I agreed and then had the work done. Imagine my surprise, when a few weeks later, I received a bill for DOUBLE my out of pocket costs! They had a lot of excuses, but did not honor what they said costs would be when we had the meeting before hand. I would NOT have had them do the work if my costs were going to be doubled! I also had them clean my sons teeth. My son is covered under his fathers insurance and they again checked with that company beforehand and said he was good to go and that cleanings are covered at 100%. Guess what? They have sent a bill for $60 on my son now! All he had was a cleaning. NOW they say that they are not in network for my sons insurance! What was the point of having them check with his insurance beforehand?!! If the receptionist Renee, had said BEFORE the cleaning was done, that they werent in network, we would NOT have gone to them and we would have chosen another dentist! BEWARE! These people either do not have their act together, or they are scam artists! Do yourself a favor and find a dentist office that is honest! They should let people know up front what is covered and what is not covered and not LIE, have you use their services and then come up with a different story after the fact.

Dr. Pimper is a great Dentist! I have been using Dr. Pimper for over 2 years now and every visit has been a pleasant experience. He always makes sure that I am not feeling any pain or discomfort. He is very tolerant of my fear of dentist and has help me over come that fear. He explains what he is going to do before hand. He is the only dentist to ever call me after a procedure to see how I am doing, not once but every time he works on my mouth. Wendy his assistant is also very good and works with me to relax and not to fear what is going to happen. Renee his receptionist is always great to work with getting appointments to work around my schedule. She always greets you with a smile and a big hello. Everyone makes you feel like a person not just a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Pimper and his staff!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Pimper for approx. 20 years. He and his staff practically feel like extended family at this point. Dr. Pimper and his staff have always provided gentle and meticulous care, and we have the healthy teeth and gums to prove it.
