I’m a long-time customer of Perfect Teeth… about 10 years. Ive had orthodontic challenges my whole life and periodontal issues half my adult life. I had periodontal issues when I started with PT and they handled my surgery within my first year or so with them (referred to Perfect Teeth specialist). Ive had a number of the usual other dental issues that come up, and I’m currently on a quarterly cleaning schedule. When I first started with PT, I could not believe how much whiter my teeth were compared to about 3 other dentists I had in the years immediately prior. I’m very impressed and pleased with the knowledge and service they have consistently provided. I cannot think of a negative experience in all these years. I had difficulty only once with a filling and was met with concern and immediate trouble-shooting to adjust it. The Office Manager, Mary Therese, knows the biz inside and out and just really runs things smoothly. The staff is personable and I’ve even experienced some financial flexibility when I was going through a tough time at one point… without asking! Attention to detail. You definitely get the sense the staff cares about a job well done. The office is clean and up to date (remodeled last year). I really like their scheduling technology, which seems to be the latest out there and tailored to you. Pricing is very reasonable. In fact, it was refreshingly unusual that PT corporate rolled out a price reduction a couple of years ago on their annual discount plan fee. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been going here for about 2 years. The new dentist is very nice, as is the hygenist, but they really keep pushing their mouthwash. I did a Google search and it seems like a common theme among chains to push this mouthwash. I have declined it every time Ive gone, when I was paying, but since the receptionist had left and they didnt have anyone to run my payment, I got sent home with it without even realizing until I was out the door. I figured that, since I had just changed insurance, my first cleaning on the new insurance would be fully covered (I have been on a perio-maintenance plan), so the $30 for the mouthwash was no big deal. Turns out the new insurance cost was $75 for perio-maintenance, but I was NOT informed of this change. They also refused to resubmit the claim as a cleaning. So, now Im stuck with a bill of $108 and I will not be returning. Its a pretty good place to go if you dont mind feeling like youre at a timeshare presentation every time you go, but if you dont want to feel like youre being pressured into something you dont want and likely dont need, you should look elsewhere.

I have been going to this location every three-months for many years. The office is always found neat and organized each and every time I visit. But the primary reason I continue to return is that the staff is very friendly, prompt and most of all very professional. I can always count on them to provide me a friendly reminder and never have to wait, as their scheduling is never overbooked. Great team!
