This is the WORST dentist I have ever been to. Let me start with Dr Steve. He gave me a cavity filling and drilled so low i had an exposed root. I called and tried to set up an emergency appointment because I was in pain and the receptionist who not only has keeps talking and wont let you get a word in but she didnt believe I was in that much pain and said I couldnt get in for 3 weeks. I paid $80 AFTER INSURANCE for the filling and I ended up having to get a root canal and referred to Horsely and Andrus by Colorado Family Dentistry (whom I HIGHLY recommend over this place). I paid a total of $800 for the root canal and green mountain dental tried charging me an additional $40 for the same filling after I had already paid $80 (their lovely receptionist billed my insurance wrong) I informed her that filling because of dr steves shoddy work wasnt even there anymore. $120 for one filling after insurance is highway robbery. About a year ago my mother went to green mountain dental and after informing Steve she was highly prone to seizures shined that light in her face without giving her the sunglasses. She had a seizure and they ended up having to call an ambulance. Then they refused to work on her tooth from then on. This place has the WORST staff and disgusting customer service Ive ever seen. This dump should go out of business or at the very least get rid of that rude, crass, awful excuse for a receptionist (Mary I believe her name was) and send Steve back to refresher course on how to properly fill a cavity.

I have never had to write a review on a Dentist office but, thought they deserved this one! I have taken my daughter who is 6 here the last couple years, she has had one cavity filled and one tooth pulled and yesterday had another cavity filled. She has been so brave in the past but yesterday was hysterical, she didnt want the shot, she was crying uncontrollably and it was just terrible. It took everything for me not to cry, the cavity was all the way into the root and it was painful to begin with, she had one shot after a good hour and then could still feel the drilling, so she needed another shot. My poor girl was beside herself. We had a 3:50 appointment and we were there until 6:45 (an hour and half past every other patient and staff member had left) They could have been done in a half hour, but she wouldnt open her mouth to get the second shot and she couldnt stop crying. Dr. Steve and Shelly were so kind, patient, soothing to me and her. They were never pushy or stern even. I thought any sane person would quit or kick us out. Shelly did not want her to have pain when she got home, and I could tell in every way she was a mom and a kind person. Dr. Steve never lost his cool and was so good to my little girl. I can not thank them enough, they are not pediatric dentists but as kid friendly as you could possibly be. No one likes to go to the dentist, but you can not NOT love these people.

This has got to be the worst dentists office Ive been to in my 33 years of life. I was rather excited that its walking distance from my house. The receptionist is rude and wont listen just continues to talk. The hygienist spent a good five minutes of the cleaning ranting on another patient behavior, how he wouldnt shake her hand because he was an orthodox Jew and its part of his religion. The doctor didnt seem the least bit concerned about a pain in my tooth. But he was more than happy to sell me cosmetic dentistry. And the icing on the cake, they popped the cap on my dental insurance for a few xrays and a cleaning. This place is second generation dentistry and while the parents may have worked hard to build a reputable establishment the youngers are doing quite the opposite. The xray machine looks like it hasnt been replace since they first opened. Good luck if you choose them as a dentist, from the front to the back this place is terrible.

I have had nothing but problems trying to get a dental group that will work with me to get my college-aged son in for an appointment/dental work when he was home in Denver...until now. I called and spoke with Ann and she assured me that they would accommodate him and would get him in while hes in town (not the usual, "Were scheduling 6 weeks out", "He needs 2-3 appointments before the work can be done", "We are not seeing new patients over the summer" ). The customer service is OUTSTANDING!

I have gone to all of the dentists in Green Mountain Dental Group over the years and they have unfailingly been honest, fair-priced and gentle dentists. I had a horrible fear of dentists and they have cured me. I have had a lot of work done on my teeth over the years and everything has been problem free. I trust them totally.

I have been going to this dentist since I was 8 years old and I am happy to say that I will be taking my sons here too. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk with if you have an issue. They are willing to discuss options for you as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tried one of the big conglomerate dental places - what a nightmare that was. Folks at Green Mountain are just great. From the front desk to the chair its a pleasant experience... well as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. PS - Comfort Dental is not a comfort.
