Brought my sister here for therapy to help correct a gait/balance problem. Have had nothing but positive interaction with this location, starting with my first phone call to make the appointment. The front desk staff is great. Rachel Powell is an EXCELLENT therapist...very understanding and has a great, friendly demeanor...yet can, in a nice way, coach her clients through needed grueling exercises/therapies. I highly recommend her.

The lady at the front counter isnt the most helpful when it comes to insurance but other than that theyre great. They were up front about the number of visits I would probably need and actually had me moving again in about half that.
