Do not go here if you have any pressing concerns (other than looking younger) I wouldnt go here ever again. Horrible experience, had possible Skin Cancer scare, they set me up with a Nurse Practitioner, that turned on a desk lamp and said that "I was fine." And preceded to hand me some Skin Cancer Brochures and told me to go up to the front desk and pay, I wasnt very happy, since there is a history of skin cancer in my family, logically I dont think using a DESK LAMP to look at someones possible Melanoma and handing them Skin Cancer Pamphlets and telling them to come back in a year is the right thing to do. (so I pressed the issue, and finally got to see the actual Doctor..He was professional, put on his magnifying light etc. and said "Yes, this does need to be checked out." Interesting that I was set up with a Nurse, to look at a suspicious mole- whom does not have as much experience in diagnosing Skin Cancer..I had to put my foot down to see the actual Doctor, for a MEDICAL concern (not vanity!) thats sad. The place is concerned with making a buck. Its fine if your a Botox Mom and want to look at the "beautiful atmosphere". But if you actually have a pressing health concern, forget about it. They were more concerned with getting you out the door (unless you wanted a full body skin cancer examine) by a Nurse Practitioner- No thanks. Not impressed at all. Whatever happened to being treated with a little respect and a respectable "bed side manner" I think that went by the wayside a long time ago...now you have 25 year olds that think that they are important because they dress up in scrubs and went to a Tech School for a Year - they should teach them in Tech School that its important to be courteous and look people in the eyes and brush up on some interpersonal skills, thats where you could start. Not to mention the obvious....its just bad business to treat people differently, irregardless if they are black, white, insured, uninsured, with improper medical diagnoses people can die...if that matters to you, Bottom Line, Shameful.

I am a new patient to Denver DDC. I went to my primary doctor for a spot on my head that he kept freezing off, sending me home. Finally, I became worried enough to call DDC and make an appointment. I met with John Nielson who was not only caring but professional in nature when he told me the spot appeared suspcious and called in Dr. Wright. Together, they gave me the news that I had some basal cancer that needed to be removed. The team at DDC quickly set me up with the MOHS skin cancer surgery and within a couple of days, I went in for my appointment. I was scared to death, and those fears were quickly changed to ease as Vicky, John and Dr. Wright told me that the MOHS procedure had a 99% cure rate. The procedure, done inpatient was completed with very little discomfort and a ton of care. Dr. Nielson was a caring doctor that talked to me during the procedure, not only explaining it as he went, but showing me the lab results with a full explanation of what the cancer showed. I am now cancer free thanks to DDC and would highly recommed this doctors office to anyone! Another amazing result was the scaring from the stitches is almost non existent, and you can hardly tell I had anything done. The front office staff was very friendly to me and the other patients during my wait... Thank you DDC Steve Davis

This office has the worst nursing and office staff I have ever went to. The post op nurse left my stitches in and gave me no follow up care instructions. So I had to go back to the office for 3 visits instead of 2 that should of happened. Then as far as insurance goes Julie is quite unprofessional and refuses to work with patients in regards to getting bills paid. And you have to call you insurance and get them involved to get your bills paid. Because Julie knows everything about insurance. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR TREATMENT!!! Dr. Wright might be the best but his staff sucks and the office Manager Tim Johnson will never contact or do follow up if you complain

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. I went in when I had contact dermatitis, all they did was prescribe me ointment that really did nothing to help my problem, its actually gotten worse. I went in twice and wasted 80 dollars total on the co-pay. Called them up recently to see if theres any other advice theyd give me and they wont even give me the time of the day to call me back. Idk if they treat all of their clients like this or if they singled me out but regardless, if you want a hassle free experience take your business elsewhere.

Many other places to go. Scheduling is a joke, they used to use ZOC DOCS, but since DDC got bought out a couple of months ago, it doesnt work. Nothing but a nightmare, called the office 6 times, left 3 VMs and still no callback. Took a month to get results back that was supposed to be 2 weeks max. Place is very dated, bad computer systems, and poor attitudes, even an employee told me privately it is awful there.

They really know what they are doing and dont try to "try this or try that" and waste your money. They are sympathetic to my fear of needles and did an excellent job removing a mole on my lip. No scarring at all.

Worst place in Denver, waited months for lab results and nothing. Very unprofessional office staff with bad attitudes, slovenly behavior...look somewhere else unless you want to be disappointed.
