Sorry for the long review, but they are so amazing I had to brag a little. The receptionist was great! When I called on the phone she got me in right away and repeated the information back to me so I could make sure that I got it all down correctly. She also gave me very accurate directions to the new office (I had not been to the new office). When I arrived for my appointment she was very friendly and before I knew it April called me back to the exam room. April (Dr. Greens assistant) was also very warm and friendly. She listened to all my concerns and addressed issues that I had even forgotten I wanted to talk to the doctor about. She quickly took all my info down and no more than 3 minutes later Dr. Green walked in. He was incredibly friendly and addressed my needs in a warm manner. Sometimes when I go to the doctor (especially a dermatologist) I feel as if something is wrong with me. However, Dr. Green made me feel very welcome and important. We explored my treatment options and rather then telling me what I had to do he offered options and let me pick what I felt would work best with me. After all this he even gave me a coupon for medication. Dr. Green told me the medications he was giving me was supposed to be affordable not cost me a fortune. He told me to call him and speak directly to him if I didnt feel the medication was working and he would help correct the issue instead of just shipping me off like most other doctors. Bottom line they are all amazing and I love the office! If you have to drive a while it is worth it!

Bad experience with Loraine, the Office Manager!! Dr. Greene had a very friendly and helpful staff up until recently. He had been refilling a prescription for 3 years without requiring me to come in for an appointment. Most recently, I tried to refill the prescription as my insurance plan was ending on November 8th and I wouldnt have another insurance plan go into effect unit December 1. I only wanted 1 more refill on it. I spoke to Lorraine, who is the office manager, and she was very disrespectful and rude to me saying that he would not authorize the refill unless I came in for an appointment. I didnt have a problem coming in for an appt. before my insurance expired; however, she said the earliest she could get me in was not until December. I told her that wouldnt work because of my insurance plan expiring and I couldnt go that long without the medication. She said that there was no other option as he had to go by the insurance rules before he could refill it again (even though he was refilling for 3 years prior to this without having me come in). I asked her to have him return my call so I could speak to him directly. I never did receive a call from to address the issue. Because of her poor customer service skills and no call back from Dr. Greene, I have found another Doctor.

Unlike other reviews when I called the office today to make an appointment there was no care or concern to what I might have going on, I didnt even get asked. In a professional busniess you would think that a receptionist would want to ask questions to find out what is going on and offer availibilty in the schedule. Not the case here. I had to ask if i could get appointment today? no dont have any, tomorrow? no dont have any, ok when would be your next appointment, not until the 15th of October. Ok so I guess I will look for someone else, ok click. At this point I did call back and ask to speak to Dr. Greene, once he called me back and I explained what happened his response "thanks for your feedback". My feed back now is find someone else. Support local Littleton business just not this one!!!

When I started looking at reviews for dermatologists in my area, boy was it a mixed bag; patients both loved and hated the same doctor and most of them had the same type of mixed reviews. Until I stumbled across Dr Greene. All of his patient reviews rated him as Excellent and I found out why when I went to see him. Extremely nice guy! – very helpful, gregarious, and more than competent – knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. Wonderful bedside manner, too. Cant say enough good things about him and his staff. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles if you have to to see Dr Greene; youll discover its worth it. Oh, and his prices are over-the-top competitive if youre self-pay like I am.

Despite an impatient receptionist with care-little demeanor (over the phone lines) and no response to an initial query (through the online portal, or this review would be a total 5), Doctor Howe (the actual dermatologist) is a marvelous person! He truly cares, definitely knows his medical field, expertly explains, double checks his medical sources, and worked awesomely with me. After many years where I suffered terribly from awful Rosacea, now, after barely 2 weeks, we have already found working solutions and I finally feel better due to his helpful information! I so want to give 5 stars, because this man is an epic doctor, yet the first experience with the overall company was anxiety elevating. :/

I found this office by of course reading Google Reviews. I called for an appointment and the phone was answered live by a receptionist who was able to book me a time slot in 2 days. I went into a nice looking building with a clean reception area and was greeted and given paper work. I was taken back on time and chatted with the assistant who took my history. Then I met the doc and a visiting intern who was friendly enough and after addressing my concern, sent me on my way with a quick diagnosis and what to do. Overall, Im glad I went to this office as I did read reviews on other places first. The only thing I would suggest is for Dr. Howe to wear a tie with his white lab coat... :)

Absolutley Fabulous! Truly caring doctor. I have suffered a YEAR with sores and illness and have been to ER 3 times, saw ny PC 8 times n saw a infectious disease doc n NONE OF THEM did anything like Dr Greene did! He TRULY CARED ABOUT ME n what I have been going through and wants to find a diagnosis so he can agressivly go after whatever it is. On top of that he creates a bleaching creme that will rid me of my scars from the sores from this disease. I fought with medicaid n no on e would help me I choose Dr Greene cause of his ratings n HE REALLY IS 5 STARS IF I COULD DO 10 STATS I WOULD. I highly recommend him np matter WHERE u live its worth the drive!!!

Absolutely fantastic, Dr Green and his staff have taken wonderful care of me everytime. Sometimes you just need a dermatologist and when you do I recommend you go here, open schedule, great work, and very personable. Addition - 2/26/2016 I have been there 3 times now in 2016 and I have been taken care of wonderfully and always felt very welcomed be everyone. On these 3 visits I got a diagnosis for a year long issue no one else could figure out and no other dermatologist would call me back for, a lepoma remove very nicely, as well as easy treatment of a minor skin irritation. I cannot say enough good things about these guys.
