Dr. Chiang just seems concerned about money instead of patients. I have spent over $1,000 on treating acne scars. At first, she suggested micro-needling. I had several treatments and they made little difference in the scars. After the 4th treatment, she suggested that I have a Juvaderm treatment. She said this was better for treating the type of acne scars that I have. If thats the case, then she should have suggested Juvaderm first instead of having me go through the painful micro-needling. When I was in the office the last time for the Juvaderm treatment, I asked her if it would be possible for her to look at a spot that I had recently noticed and let me know if I should be concerned that about Melanoma. I had already paid $250 for the Juvaderm on that visit and I just got a bill for $74.00 because she spent 5 seconds looking at that spot. A doctor who really cared about her patients would be happy to just look at the spot without charging them...especially since Ive spent so much money the last several months with little results. Furthermore, her bedside manner is awful. She is condescending and abrasive and interrupts frequently. On almost every visit over the last several years, Ive had to wait over 45 minutes before being seen by her. Look elsewhere for a caring doctor!

This was my first visit to this office, usually when you are new staff is welcoming, but that was not the case with this office. Nobody really welcomed me. My appointment was at 10:00, I did show up early to complete new patient forms, which I had finished by my appointment time. I was not taken back until 10:45 and the Dr. did not come in until 11:00. My appointment was very rushed and when I expressed that purchasing a cleansing set that was almost $300.00 was not reasonable, the Dr. said her hands were tied and seemed less than interested in helping me find a different option. She had her assitant give me some samples and called in a prescription for me. I was not given any information about the samples that I recieved and had to do my own research on the product given to me. I have already spent hundreds of dollars trying to correct my skin issues and I feel like the Dr. should have given me a little more time to discuss options. This was a waste of my time and money. It is unacceptable to make a patient wait an hour past their appointment time to be seen and then brush them off and rush through the visit. I will find a Dr. that is respectful of my time!

I was referred to Dr. Chiang ten years ago. I have found her to be a warm and reassuring physician. This is important to me since I had a very close call with melanoma. Therefore visits to the dermatologist can be a little anxiety provoking for me. But with Dr. Chaing it is a totally different experience. It starts in the front office. The office staffwho greet patients create a welcoming environment. The same is true for all of the medical staff. There are several qualities Dr. Chaing has that set her apart from other dermatologists who have treated me over the last thirty years. She greets you with a smile and sincerity and a sense of humor. That relaxes me. Her expertise is demonstrated with accuracy and thorough diagnosis. She quickly sorts out what medical issues are the reasons for my visit. Then she does a meticulous inspection of my skin. If I need a treatment it is done with highly skilled hands. Her extra and ongoing surgical training has left me WIthout scars! Last but not least, I have no skin cancer. I would recommend Dr. Chiang to anyone of any age. Nina Daugherty

After waiting over an hour to see the doctor, she came in for 2 seconds to say i needed 3 spots removed without a through look over. I am a nurse and very familiar with skin care and MY BODY. After my request to see which spots she wanted to remove on my back, she was disgusted and stormed out of the room. Then while i was naked in the exam room, the front reception lady came to collect my money! I think that could have waited until i was at least clothed. They use pre-filled syringes that have been sitting the drawer unlabeled for who knows how long, JCAHO infringement? I believe so. Over all very displeased with my visit. I guess there is a reason she was able to get me an appointment much faster than other dermatologist. Please save yourself the time and take your business and body to someone that cares.

I went as a new patient but, she never introduced herself to me. She walked in the room and immediately starting going over my chart as though I was a regular patient. She never touched my area of concerned on the first nor follow up visit (meaning ... how can a Dermatologist not even touch your face, put a magnified mirror to the problem area...nothing... to really get a good look or examine your skin?) im not sure Ill use her again because I didnt find her to have good bedside manners.She didnt seem to really care that I was a new patient let alone A PATIENT. When I was explaining what was going on with me which prompted the visit she seemed disinterested.

Is not happy with the services received at all. 40 min late to see me at my first appt. lack of attention, and seemed too busy to focus. Conducted a biopsy on my skin, still doesnt know the cause of my issue, kept prescribing anything from Claritin to Costly ointment and nothing helped, and told me i should go for a 2nd opinion and I definitely is switching. Gave me the run around for days..... Extremely unhappy and I hope never to go back.

Dr. Judy Chiang is a con. This is not a dermatologist clinic but a salon trying to sell VERY EXPENSIVE TREATMENTS. She wont even prescribe the medicine I need because her clinic sells them too. Because of this she has prevented me from using my insurance benefits and the right to choose the pharmacy of my choice.

Friendly and helpful staff. I enjoy the time that Dr. Chang uses to make sure that she is providing the best care. No matter the age of the client everyone gets dependable service. I love the goodie bag full of the fun little samples. Very happy with my visits here.

I have been going to dr.judy chiang for three or more years. I have very fair skin, and she has been taking care of me wonderfully. Had surgery on my ear. No pain , no scars, fantastic! She is great, wouldnt go to any other dermatologist . H.S. Littleton Colorado.
