This clinic not only completely messed up my medical records, they have been stringing me along for almost two years promising to fix it and have not. Their billing company is terrible and the actual appointment I had, which was just physical, was a joke. I was never even examined we just chatted for an hour about being a parent and the PAs 300 dollars worth of tea he had under his desk and was brewing a cup of in front of me. I left thinking all was well, what a nice clinic and a nice PA. So imagine my shock when I got a bill (that should have been covered be insurance had it been coded correctly) with a laundry list of diagnoses from the PA. I have been completely patient in believing their promise to resolve my issue every month, but no more. Now they are just trying to ignore the problem their PA made by dodging my calls. Horrible care, horrible billing, and terrible customer service. Wish there was a no stars option.

the other review about records and paperwork should have no bearing on the your consideration of this excellent health care facility and Dr. James. I dont think you can find a more focused Dr. that is all about healing and his patients wellness. A rarity in todays world and right here in Woodland Park! We couldnt be more pleased with our experience. Good for what ails you.
