Dr. Robert Shortell is an AMAZING Chiropractor. He has worked on my neck and knee for years. Dr. Shortell is very professional, always strives for the best care for his patients, and has an extremely courteous staff. Very convenient hours for those who work, easy access right on/off the highway in Cromwell, and is super easy to get an appointment with. Dr. Shortell also is AMAZING with children. My daughter was limping for a few months, I mentioned it to Dr. Shortell, and he had her in the next day for a foot scan. Discovered her issues, put her in a shoe insert and she is walking again normally with no limp and back to her sports and dance. My son, who is 7 has special needs, and I would trust no one other than Dr. Shortell to work on him. He has done some remarkable things for my son, and I am so thankful we have him on our team for our sons care. If you need chiropractic care for you or your children, Dr. Robert Shortell is the definitely the one you want to call!!!

Dr. Shortell was able to correct all of my many back and neck positional issues. The staff is always warm and welcoming and the experience is top notch. Dr. Shortell is actually trying to make you better not just pop you and schedule you for the next appointment like I remember my moms chiropractor, oh so many years ago.

This is a top rate chiropractic office! I have a real fear of chiropractors and yet Dr. Shortell has always been kind and made me feel very comfortable. The rest of the staff are super sweet and make every appointment a pleasure. Thanks guys!
