Brought my 15 year old dog here knowing it was his time. he was in pain, couldnt walk, and wouldnt eat. Dr Jolly wants your money and doesnt care about your pets as he told my family he has never had one himself. He wanted to run tests on my dog and prescribe him medicine so he can live (possibly) 6 more months in his same condition. Anyways my dog ended staying in a metal cage overnight because they wanted to "monitor" him overnight. We called at 7pm to check up on him and not a single person was in that building watching our dog. Ended up wasting money for the so called monitor and ended up putting my dog down the next day. He spent his last night in a metal cage and the dr had no sympathy for me or my family. Worst vet i have ever seen i changed vets for my very next appointment and i couldnt be happier. dont waste your time or money unless you want your heart to be broke.

Office staff have a "better than you" attitude and the "what do you want" look on their faces. And for the third time in a year I had to remind staff my dog needed the Pro-heart injection for heart worm. A year ago I was informed my dog did not get the Pro-heart shot at the check up 6 months before and did I want to continue getting the shot. WHAATT? So in other words my dog went unprotected for 6 months. I thought and trusted my dogs health and schedule of vaccines to them. The physicians response, "no big deal" your dog is fine. According to their website heart worm is harmful and possibly fatal. There have been other instances of failure to communicate over the years and I have overlooked the attitude of the ever changing staff but this last visit was the end. Looking for a new vet.

Brought my Golden Retriever in for an emergency appointment after contracting a skin infection from being groomed at the North Haven PetSmart. My belief is the Furminator product they used in bathing was not completely rinsed off which led to the skin infection, blistered body, and his coat falling off in clumps. I called almost at closing hours on Friday, and was offered an appointment and seen within 15 minutes of my phone call. Dr. Jolly thoroughly took the time to examine Harley from nose to tail and administered an injection, and also prescribed antibiotics and steroid spray for a hot spot on his paw. He was kind, gentle, and caring with Harley, and did not rush through the visit, even though I was squeezed into the schedule. I would highly recommend the great service they offer.

I have only good things to say about this place. If you are like me, bringing your pet to the vet can be intimidating and stressful. It is difficult to: 1) budget for unexpected veterinary bills, 2) make decisions regarding the extent to which you should treat/test based on the exam and/or the doctors recommendations, and 3) feel confident that you are paying for only what will be most effective and the most prudent. I saw Dr. Loquine, and I have to say, she is phenomenal. Her love of animals and her sincere dedication to their health and well-being was clear from the beginning. She really knows her stuff! The staff there are also very friendly and they seem to be putting a lot of effort into improving their facilities. I will definitely be going back!!!

FIRST CHOICE FOR EMERGENCY AND EXOTIC CARE!!! We could not be happier with the doctors and the vet technicians here. Although our baby Aurora lost her battle to a nasty respiratory infection, they did everything in their power to help her fight it off. When I had called them and told them she had passed, they had taken the news as if it was their own pet. The sorrow in their voices showed to me that they deeply care about every one of their patients as if they were their own animal. The extra money you will spend here is WELL WELL worth it. We went to other vets and they did not have any knowledge of what was going on with her. We wasted more money when we should have gone through North Haven in the first place.

Please dont waste your time and money here. Took my pet to this hospital for a surgery and it had become worse. Every time I come here I feel like I am giving them a donation with no cure for my pet. My cat has gotten worse, depress, and doesnt use her litter box anymore. Some type of rash or infection came up after the surgery on the same spot. I took her back and I was told by the doctor that the infection couldnt have come from the surgery. Supposedly that it was an allergic reaction from something else. But how could that be? from something else? On the same spot? According to Dr. the reaction could of happen on the same spot with no surgery. really? He is rude and a liar!

I had 5 month old puppy who bone cancer. I was beside myself with grief. I brought her in, because I knew the end was near. I asked Dr. Wells " Is she suffering?" He said "Yes" I said with tear streaming down my face, and on the point of absolutely loosing it. I said.."O, put her down." His response was "Well, how are you going to pay for this?" Yeah ...talked about cold and unfeeling. I will never forget that sentence as long as I live. I despise you Dr.Wells.You got your money and Im sure your happy with that. Live in peace . You piece of s**t.

I wouldnt take my dog any where else! I brought my dog in for what I thought was a small growth but it turned out to be a cancerous tumor entangled in the muscles of her chest. All the doctors and the staff were incredibly comforting and reassuring. They walked me through the procedure and took great care of my girl. She was happy and back to her old self in just a couple days! You cant even tell she had surgery, her scar is hardly visible. I love this animal hospital and you can tell they love what they do!!

These people clearly care about my cat. Everyone there from the receptionists to the doctors (I have seen all three at different times) treats "Amber" as though she is theirs. They have always explained everything to me in terms I could understand even though my cats medical situation is very complicated. They do everything with her comfort as a number one priority.

This place is amazing, they take amazing care of our animal friends. All of the doctors are so compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and at the same time talk to you as if you were a good friend. They have taken such good care of our Ella and we would recommend everyone take there animals here if they want to be well taken care of.

Dr. Wells is cruel and condescending, he wants you to hop on his money train and keep donating. He continued to give my cat random treatments inspite of being 20 years old and extremely ill. He would never mention putting her down, he wanted the money to keep pouring in. Dont go to him, very arrogant and rude.

Its the middle of the day they arent busy I dont have an appointment to take a quick look at my dogs eye! They call this an emergency and want $90 additional dollars! Wow usually that get you after the visit. Im good. Looking for a compassionate Vet who actual cares about pets more than the bottom Line.
