Ive been a pet owner for 16 years and have moved frequently due to school/medical training so Ive been to a lot of vets. Drs Beckett, Webb and McIntosh are by far the best I have ever worked with. They are caring and professional, quick to respond to calls and concerns and always able to see a sick animal in a timely fashion. The vet techs and office staff are fantastic as well! Ive been coming to them for six years now and would never switch. One of my cats is extremely shy and somewhat behaviorally challenged and they are careful to move at her pace and not over-stress her. When I had to put my elderly cat to sleep recently they talked me through the whole process and came out to my house to make it as stress-free as possible. If you have pets who hate the car I highly recommend this!!! Made his last moments comfy and peaceful in his own space instead of a stressful car ride. Cant say enough good things! Highly recommend!

In addition to having my own dogs and cats, I have raised over 200 kittens for a local volunteer shelter. Most of those kittens were strays or orphans and many of them were in need of veterinary care. I have lost count of the number of times I have called the office asking for an emergency appointment for a sick or fading kitten. The staff is always accommodating and has never failed to get a sick animal in immediately. They have literally saved the lives of many kittens I raised. My own animals have received outstanding care also. My all time favorite dog became very lame and was almost unable to walk as he got old. Dr. Becketts office was working with the company that developed a new procedure (called PRP) for treating lameness. Only a handful of vets in the entire country were authorized to use this new treatment at the time. It helped my dog immensely and I was so grateful. 5 stars!!! (And I would give more if I could).

Beckett and Associates are amazing, caring professionals! Chip Beckett was recommended to us by a mutual friend over 20 years ago and I am so thankful that I met him. When our pot bellied pigs were younger we would take them to his office and he and the staff were kind and thorough with all of them. As our current little girl became older and couldnt make the trip, the staff now makes house calls. Appointments are timely and the prices are reasonable. The doctors are available to take calls night or day and they ALWAYS make followup calls following an illness with test results or just to check in. There are vets that are much closer (weve tried them!) but Beckett and Associates is well worth the 45 mile trip! I give them an 11 out of 10 and a big THANK YOU!

Our previous Veterinarian had moved her practice closer to her home (MA) and traveling to her new location became problematic. This forced us to find a new Vet. Fortunately, we found Dr. Beckett and his staff who are now taking great care of our two cats. We were impressed at how thoroughly he examined our cats. Before we even left the office, a complete set of Exam Notes had been transcribed (during the examination by his Vet Tech, Ashley) and we were handed them for our pets health record by the time we left the office. Thats never happened to us anywhere else. We felt the care and treatment of our cats was very good and the staff has always been most attentive and professional. We recommend them highly.

I had moved from MA to CT a few years back with my older horse and called Beckett for a bacterial infection in my senior horses sinuses. Although Dr. Beckett and co workers did usually arrive when they say they would, the prices are pretty high and Dr. Becket is too rough with the horses. At one appointment, he over-tranquilized my horse and then was hitting him when he swayed to try and keep his balance. I was absolutely appalled. After that I will never call this vet again.This is also not the only instance I have heard of with Dr. Beckett being too rough with horses. Overall, yes they are on time, but pricing is a bit high and Dr. Beckett did not treat my senior horse with respect. Use at your own risk.

We had to make the very difficult decision of putting our dog down of 11 years. He was very anxious in his final days and taking him to a veterinarians office in this state was not ideal for his last hour. I called and Beth who was extremely sympathetic let me know that they offered an in-home service and explained the process thoroughly to me. Dr McIntosh and Kristen came to our house to euthanize our dog, Parker. They were extremely professional and gentle with Parker and he was as comfortable as he could have possibly been in his final moments. I cant say enough about how much we appreciate the services provided and how much easier it made a tough situation.

We love this Veterinarian! We have a new kitten that had developed a cold when we brought him home over the weekend. We did not have a vet yet and I had never been here before but when I called Monday morning they took me in first thing. Everyone was very nice a knowledgeable. They even called and sent a card to follow up. Great people who really seem to care about our pets. If your pets are like your family I would choose to bring them here, thats how they made us feel.

This vet is awful. Absolutely awful. The main vet tech. is a jerk. (Put me on hold and when she returned back, mustve been unable to hear me, and rudely exclaimed "Or just hang up!".) Wont let me return a cone under the guise that once its worn it cant be resold, except that I might have brought my own and not have taken that one home, and I can guarantee it wouldve been sold to the next schmuck. Get your dog fixed inexpensively and then never look back.

The staff at Beckett and Associates go above and beyond to help you take care of your pet. I had such a terrifying emergency with my dog and was unable to get him there on my own. They came out to my home to help me get him there and take care of him right away. As soon as we walked into the building the staff was ready and on alert to take care of him. They also managed to cater to and console. me. I highly recommend this office!

Best vet Ive ever brought my pets to ... They are always accommodating, organized, compassionate, and willing to answer questions. Ive got three dogs, and I have been to some crummy establishments in the past, where they charge for every little thing or cant keep track of what treatments or vaccinations each pet is due to receive. Thankfully, Dr. Beckett & Associates is the real deal! I absolutely recommend them.

Ive been bringing my cat here since I adopted her. The staff is always helpful with any question you might have and they have really great appointment hours (including Saturday mornings). Dr. Webb is both professional and personable, which makes appointments quick and low stress for everyone. I recommend Beckett & Associates to everyone I know in the area.
