I have visited several dentists in this locality (Stamford-Fairfield) over the past 7 years. The service I received from Dr. Giraldo at All Smiles in Norwalk stands out as it was the first time, in all these years, that I came across a practice that seemed to have all the good elements youd expect. Dentists are mysterious - each seem to have their nuances and everyone seems to have a different version of what needs to be done imminently vs what is needed. It reaches a point where you dont even know whether the first opinion or the second opinion was accurate (or whether it was only so that the insurance could get billed for something that was more expensive) because the versions and the verdicts could be so different. Many of them are run like businesses where the dentists seem to be evaluated on how many patients they can treat during the course of a day - often at the cost of spending less and less time on patients and instead on how quickly they can complete a procedure. So, when I visited All Smiles earlier this year, I didnt know what to expect other than that I had received some good feedback on them. My experience with Dr. Giraldo was very different from the usual. She reviewed my records and candidly explained all the options, it was very clear that she wasnt trying to "sell services," but rather providing a seemingly honest opinion on what was necessary and what I could do in order to avoid further procedures. I had a couple of procedures done through her office. On the first occasion, I had very little discomfort and the entire procedure was performed very smoothly and elegantly. Instead of dreading the following procedure, the first service instilled enough confidence for me to visit Dr. Giraldo again and the experience was just as pleasant as the first time - minimal discomfort, minimal pain compared to earlier similar services elsewhere. The service was not rushed in any way and she performed the procedure very attentively. Angel, the hygienist was also excellent and deserves mention. I had a deep cleaning procedure done and like Dr. Giraldo, she was skilled, performed the procedures very attentively. In short, she did not treat it as just yet another cleaning, but was thorough and very professional. Id highly recommend this place. I was having chronic pain late one night. I called the next morning to see if I could be squeezed in. They told me to come in at 11:30. I live an hour away. I made it there. Waited 5 min. Everyone there was very helpful. Once I was in the chair, the assistant was polite and informative. Dr. Giraldo came in and started the root canal procedure. I left having no pain during the procedure and no pain after. She has been my dentist for about 5 years now. She really is the best. Polite, respectful, and truly cares about the comfort of her patients. I even received a personal follow up call to see how I was doing! Im sure I pass about 30 different dentist practices on my drive to her office. Its always worth it! Thank you again for being great! - the guy with the red cap!

I have been a patient of Dr. Giraldo for almost 20 years now. Ive had extensive work on my mouth throughout the years. I have been extremely please with the results and how healthy my mouth and my gums are now. I love the staff and how courtious they is. The work Dr. Giraldo does is top notch and she is completely understanding about my dental needs. Also, she always presents me with my best treatment options and I appreciate her for that. Im always quick to refer friends and colleagues to All Smiles. Not to mention she has one of the most technologically advanced practices here in Norwalk, CT. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a genuine dentist who you can trust.

This place went from great to horrible. First there billing sucks ! They were suppose to charge my secondary came up with an excuse made me put a payment for them to call my insurance and call back and appologize and I got nothing but attitude from them. On top of that they dismissed for being late to all appointment and missing four when I missed one for being in the emergency room and was late once last year but Ive been with them since I was 17 and never been late. And I didnt get a phone call or nothing back asking for information and my records. Please avoid headache and before I forget extreme wait periods because as time passes this place and getting worst !

Dr. Giraldo is awesome. I have been going to her for years and years for everything teeth related. She was recommended by a colleague and in turn I have recommended Dr. G wholeheartedly to others tonnes of times. She is super nice and her facility in Norwalk is awesome. I had a cavity filled years ago. It came out a couple of times over the years and she has redone it on warranty every time without charging me a penny. And she and her staff were super nice about every aspect. A pleasure. Doesnt happen often that you come out of the dentists with a smile on your face.

Was in CT visiting a family member and had a dental emergency. One of my relative recommended this place and since then I have been travelling from NYC to CT to handle my dental health. I was lucky and was assigned to Dr. Tobar who did a complete examination and assessment of my teeth and detailed what happened and how she was going to approach it. I only realized she had put some anesthesia only after I felt a little numbness on that side, never felt the syringe going into my gums. Or needed any pain killer after the procedure, she really got gifted hands

I cannot give a higher recommendation for a dentist in the area. I moved here from out of state and Dr. Giraldos team took great care of me since day one. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the personal attention Dr. Giraldo gives each patient - All Smiles has made me feel comfortable. Ive always received sound advice, never been pushed to do an operation - rather, always been told my options. All Smiles is the best. You cant go wrong!

What a lovely group. Very accommodating, easy scheduling and so far, so good with my invisalgn! They really make an effort to work with you. I appreciate the fact that I rarely wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Great office, great Dr.! Update 7/27/2017: They continue to be a lovely group with great scheduling and great people. My Invisalign is working beautifully, looking forward to having them off in a few weeks.

I have been going the last two years and I enjoy every visit. I was afraid to go to a dentist for years but Dr. Giraldo made me feel very safe and comfortable there! My hygienists have been amazing (I had Sandra since I started but was introduced to Alex (hope that is his name LOL - im really bad with names if I dont repeat :-) ) All Smiles is definitely the place you would want to go to! Everyone is amazing!
