I had a pretty good and informative first time appointment about implant evaluation with Dr. Malek. I was greeted nicely at the practice from all the staff that the lady at the front desk took her time to give a tour inside the whole practice. I was impressed about the latest technologies that they have specially with Crown digital machine that it makes crowns in their own practice. Dr. Malek provided me an excellent service that he gave me his undivided attention and valuable time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Malek went the extra mile to allow me to have a 3D dimentional X-rays to learn if I was a candidate for implant. He confirmed in a few minutes and showed me through the monitor the images of my X-rays. He explained with detailed how the implant will be inserted in my gum and the procedures that he will apply to resolve this issue. Dr. Malek showed that he really likes what he does because he answered all my questions with patience, dedication and he is interested to help his patients.

I can not explain the comfort I felt instantly in walking into the Dentist office. The check-in was simple but the best part of it was that they were friendly, courteous and informative. The hygienist was amazing, my son felt instantly comfortable because she explained every apparatus they were using and even let him become familiar with them. The Doctor.... well he was like the cherry on top of a great experience because he was humane, understanding, knowledgeable and looked me straight in the eye..... he listened, he spoke and it was just a great interaction all around. The Doctor and his team made my sons first dentist experience the most wonderful experience. I was so happy with the service and the prices and the staff that i signed up for a visit myself. Absolutely an 11 out of 10 for this office on all aspects of a Dental practice!!!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE could not begin to cover it! Thank you Harmony Dental Group!

The Harmony Dental Group really understands the patient and the need for efficient, innovative health care. Its really one stop shopping. You dont need to keep going back and forth and get temporary crowns--They make them there in one appointment-all done. Dr. Malek and Fabers tireless attention to the well being of their patients, their comfort and their overall health is why I return. They treat me as a person, not a subject and understand all of the things from sleeping, eating and stress and how it impacts my teeth. I have been a patient since they have opened more than 10 years ago and I have had a few emergencies and they call me back and treat me immediately with advice or make the time to have me come in off hours---to deal with discomfort. I think theyre the best around--state of the art equipment and the most sterile of techniques--all important for dental care. Love this practice

Dr. Malek and group are the most up to date, knowledgeable, caring, kind dental group that I have ever experienced. They help me with everything including ways to pay that work for me. They use amazing technology in their gorgeous pristine offices. I had no idea what wonderful inventions are available today to help patients save one of their most precious possesions - their teeth, and Dr. Malek is a warrior when it comes to heroic efforts to help his patients keep them. Also, they do everything there, so I did not have to go to different dental specialists for different procedures as I did in the past. This way, all the specialists talk to each other about my issues and all work together and know what the others are doing. I will never go anywhere else, unless Dr. Malek decides to quit dentistry for another profession like acting or becoming a chef, but I do not see that happening. lol.

As Ive gotten older Ive become extremely anxious about going to the dentist. I searched until I found a dental practice that helps people like me who need sedation dentistry (a rarity in CT). After letting a molar get to the point of pain and sensitivity, something had to be done. Everyone at Harmony has treated me kindly and professionally (a winning combination in any service business). Its a real team approach and has alleviated my anxiety. Dr. Ismayil designed my treatment plan over the next several months, which includes extraction, bone graft and implants, plus a crown. So far, every step and procedure has been explained carefully and has turned out well. I think Im beginning to look forward to going to the dentist!

For the past year I have been going to Harmony Dental. I found them online after researching dentistry that would be close to where I work. They have always been able to conveniently schedule me for my lunch breaks. While working with Sara and Dr. Ismayil, I found them to be thorough, kind and quick. Nothing is painful about the process and they make all of my visits very professional and pleasant. In the past I had a childhood dentist that I used until my late teens, after that moving around to a few different practices (having less than stellar experiences). The Harmony Dental Group has been the best I have found and I would highly recommend them!

Friendly, low-key, but clearly highly professional staff. Explained as much or as little as I wanted to know about all procedures from the mundane to the serious (and that applies throughout: business manager, receptionists, hygienists and doctors). Equipment and offices are quiet and clean, and super modern. Very high tech equipment and their familiarity with its use inspires confidence. So far I have been seeing Dr. Ismail, and I recommend her highly! Super-convenient location right at I95 Exit 16, and early/late hours, I can get appointments with minor adjustment to morning commute. And only positive lectures!

The Staff are friendly and Professional .... all working together in good team effort . The communication is outstanding .... from when your in the office to when your not. Dr Malek is my Doctor .... hes good at what he does and explains everything in detail with a friendly and professional manner . The office itself is state of the art .... clean bright , well laid out ..... its also very convenient as its right off I-95 in Norwalk . I am happy to be in such good hands . Steven Robertson

I have been a patient of Harmony Dental, specifically, Dr. Malek, for several years now. Visiting their office has always been a positive experience. Whether Im there for a hygiene appointment or a more complex dental procedure, the entire staff is always extremely pleasant and accommodating. I dont know how he does it, but Dr. Malek even makes tooth extraction a pleasant experience!! Strange to say, but I actually love my dentist office and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!

What can I say, at first I wondered if it was real, I actually thought for a moment that something was wrong, they were too nice. Then I met the Dentist, who was intuitive enough to know that I was really tense! He didnt push was kind and thoughtful. The staff actually reflects their leadership. I am actually looking forward to finally getting my much needed work accomplished! They are technology advanced.ts They have been deliberate in their treatment of adults and children.

My first visit to the Harmony Dental Groups BEAUTIFUL Norwalk office was exceptional. From the front desk receptionist, to the Dental Hygenist and the Dentist, EVERYONE was pleasant and very helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing. Never before have I been to any doctors office that has a "goodie" basket in each work room stocked with bottled water, hot towels and the option of requesting music from Pandora. Patient service is Top Notch. Two thumbs up Harmony Dental.
